Xiumin's POV
"Hyuuuung! Have you seen my steamed buns?" Chen asked suspiciously, glaring at me right enough to tear my soul apart.
"Yah Kim Jongdae, just because your steamed buns are goneㅡdoesn't mean they're all here!" I nagged as I rubbed my belly. Arh, why always me?! They always blame me when a food is missing. I'm their number one suspect when it comes to food. As always!
"Because you're a steamed bun." Kai, butted in with a straight face, too.
"And you're a toasted bun." I answered back that made Chen crack.
Kai pouted and walked away. Chen almost tear up in laughing. Was that a good joke? Cause I really thought it was lame. Good thing, I made Chen laugh and forgot about his steamed buns!
"T'was goodㅡhahahahahaㅡhyung!" Chen said
"At least I'm hot!" Kai shouted from nowhere.
Well, he's just hot while I'm smokin' hot.
Suddenly, Chen stopped laughing. Slowly, he pursed his lips. Slowly, his eyebrows met downward.
"So.."
"Chen, why won't we go out? I'll treat you." I grinned.
He's so scary. I tell you. But in a blink, his frown became a wide grin. Nodding violently like there's tomorrow.
"Okay, just be ready by 10." I said
"Mwo?! 10?! Isn't that too late?!" He complained like a kid.
"Yah, Chen! I prefer 10. Besides, I'll be the one treating you, I'll be planning when and where to eat!" I said.
Chen huffed and walked away. Chen. So adorable, Chen.
"Did I hear everything loud and clear?! Omo, hyung please take me with you!" Sehun begged while nudging at me.
Whoa. Where did this pearl man come from? He's hella creepy.
"No! Chen only!" I hissed.
"Fine," Sehun grumbled.
Sehun sat beside me on the sofa. He's busy with his cellphone so I had the chance to snoop.
Eh?
He's watching our performance earlier?
"Waah hyung! We're really famous, huh?" Sehun said in disbelief.
I couldn't imagine we'll be this famous too. Who would've thought? We gained more fans.
"Geurae oolf, naega oolf!" Sehun sang along.
"Awooooo!" I continued
Sehun stopped watching and stared at the ceiling.
"I can't wait for this promotion to end." Slowly, he lifted his arms on the air.
"Me too, me too."
I set my attention on the television. It's a news about us! About how successful our comeback stage was! We totally rocked the stage. Then, Chen was focused on the camera while doing his high note. Whoa. He looks hot. It's unusual.
"Damn, I'm so hot." I heard someone said behind me.
Oh, he was behind me all the time?
"Conceited jerk!" I commented
"Yah hyung, you hurt my feelings." Chen said nonchalantly.
I stood upright; "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to."
"What's wrong with you lately, hyung? Don't take things too seriously." Chen said.
He noticed that?
He noticed something.
Wow.
"I just feel sorry, okay?" I excused and sat on the sofa.
"Oh would you look at the clock?" Chen said to himself.
Out of curiousity, I looked up to see the time. Darn. It's quarter to ten. Why does time flies too fast?
I'm not yet ready!
"Ah! Wait, I'll just prepare, okay!"
This is actually my first time to eat with him alone outside. But, sad to say, I'll be the one treating him. Well, I'm the hyung.
"Shall we go?" He asked, grinning as I came out from my room. Aish, he's too excited. He might order a lot and and my poor moneeey!
Chen wrapped his arm around my shoulder as we started walking.
"Annyeong everyone! Xiumim hyung will be treating me! Mehlong to you all!" He shouted before we could go out.
"Chen, you're too excited."
"Because after 3 years, you'll finally treat me out!" Chen said in amusement.
"Yeah, just because I ate your steamed buns." I mumbled.
"HAH!" He jumped and pointed at me.
"I knew it, you ate my steamed buns!" He shouted once again and started jumping up and down.
So, is it a big deal now? Seriously!!
"Finally! You finally said the truth." He said in relief.
"Yah! Do I look like I always lie?!" I said in anger.
Chen laughed and pulled me closer.
"Nah, you're an honest man except when it comes to food."
"Aish Kim Jongdae!!" I snickered but before I could hit him, he started running and aimed for the elevator. I ran after him. He kept on laughing and he was running like an idiot yet so fast.
He's so fast!
*Ding!*
Holy crap! He's too far from me!
"KIM JONGDAE! DON'T YOU DAAAARE!" I screamed on top of my lungs.
Oh God please enlighten Chen with mercy!
From here, I could see his evil smirk andㅡthe elevator door closed even before I could reach there.
