Searching and Repairing

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

"Aaaah~" I wake up, and feel warm. I blink my eyes and look to find Sonic... and me cuddling with him. "Eek!" I jump away from him as I get on my feet. (What? You like it. 😏) "Huh?" Chip wakes up and yawns along with Tails, who did a cute stretch that made my heart flutter. "Huh. Oh, the sun's up. We better get to Spagonia." Tails says. Sonic stands up and stretches his arms above his head. I sigh then stretch my body to loosen up my bones and relax my muscles. "Yeah, let's get going. The sooner the planet is back together, the sooner Eggman will get payback from us." I state, punching my fist into my palm. "I like the sound of that. Always up for breaking Egghead's toys." Sonic says. I hold Chip in my arms as he is still sleepy then we board the Tornado and Tails flies us to Spagonia.

Once we made it to the university, we immediately inform Prof. Pickle. "Huzzah! Another piece restored, and another Gaia temple located." Prof. Pickle says. The gang cheer from the news. "Sweet!" Chip cheers, the sips tea from his cup. "I'll say. We are SO close!" I state, taking a biscuit offered from Amy and thank her. "So where is the next temple, professor?" Tails asks Prof. Pickle. "It is located in Shamar, and this time I shall come with you all. I have a research facility there." Prof. Pickle informs. Sonic wraps his arm around my shoulder and pull me close to him, "The more the merrier. Let's go!" He says. (Strength in numbers!)

We finish our tea and snacks then wait by the Tornado as Tails makes some repairs. I use the time to clean my blades then I feel someone watching me. "I can feel you starring." I speak. "Well, what else am I to do?" I hear Sonic ask. I roll my eyes with a smile, "How about talk with Amy? She's ALWAYS wanting to be around you." I tell him. I feel him be right behind me then come up with a plan. (Guess that's a no.) I put away my blade then lean back and have my back against Sonic's chest and my head on his shoulder. He tenses up and I look at him with hooded eyes and a smirk. His eyes widen and he blushes, "Pfft! Ha-ha-ha! Got ya!" I laugh. (Got him! 😆) I hold a hand to my face and laugh a little more. "Ready to go!" Chip says as he appears next to us. "Cool. Come on, Blue." I say, walking over to the plane.

"Ah-Hey!" I get picked up and held within Sonic's arms. He looks down at me with a narrow look and smirk, "Don't... tempt me~" He whispers. I blush. Darn it. Why is he so hot?!? (😳)

Third Person P.O.V.

The gang flew off to Shamar and soon arrived in a city. The team get to finding the lab Prof. Pickle owns. The soon find it and meet with Amy, "Hey, guys! The professor is right inside." She says. They thank her and enter the building. Prof. Pickle informs them about how they should explore and see what they can find. They agree then exit the building and get to searching.

Sonic runs at high speeds with (Y/N) in his arms. They run through the streets of the building while also ridding it of Eggman's robots. Sonic boosts and takes them out. The two then make it the ruins outside of the city and (Y/N) helps Sonic to avoid getting crushed. Sonic then throws her and she takes out her staff as she swings it at bat-bots, taking them out with easy and even doing a little pose before getting caught by Sonic. The two then encounter some rocket launcher robots and they separate to take them out. Sonic spin dashes into them while (Y/N) stands between too and as they take aim, she jumps before they fire and end up blowing each other up. (Boom. 💥)

The two run off and soon arrive at an ancient structure. They screech to a halt and Chip joins them. "End of the line, and I don't see anything." Sonic says, crossing his arms. "I do!" Chip exclaims and reveals to have a key. (Y/N) runs over to him and smile, "All right, Chip! Now, we just have to find the other half then we'll be able to access the Gaia temple here." She says, patting his head. Chip smiles from the action. (Chip: 😊) Sonic walks over and smiles at Chip too as he gives him a thumbs up. "Great work, Chip." He compliments.

The three make their way back to the city and as they walk along the streets, a female vendor notices them. She gasps upon seeing (Y/N)'s jacket. "Oh, my. Excuse me!" She calls out and the group stop as they look at her. "I can't help but notice your jacket is torn. I can repair it for you." She offers. (Y/N) smiles from the offer, "Thanks, but we're kind of-" "Looking for a person to fix it! Thanks." Sonic interrupts her. (Y/N) blinks in surprise and Sonic gently takes her jacket off her. He walks over to the woman and hands her the jacket. "How much?" He asks her. "Oh, no. I have heard of your journey to repair the planet. It is free." She says. (How generous.) Sonic smiles in thanks.

He walks over to join (Y/N) and Chip, the (H/C) hedgehog crossing her arms and tilts her head at Sonic, "What was that for, Blue?" She asks him. Sonic shrugs a shoulder, "I know how much you like it. Thought you wanted it repaired." He says. She blushes then looks away as she hears the sincerity in Sonic's voice. "Hey, while we wait, how about we get something to eat?" Chip offers. (Y/N) looks at him and smiles, "Sure. I can eat." She says. "Lady hedgehogs first." Sonic says with smile and holds his arm out. (Such a gentleman.) (Y/N) rolls her eyes but smiles at his antics then walks. Chip flies after her then Sonic starts walking and be next to (Y/N).

(Okay! I hope that was nice. I hope the break between levels are good. Got to have them moments with speedy hedgehog. Until next time!)
