"That's not entirely..." You looked over at Octavia, who still had her face covered. "Loona, I need to talk to you. Alone."
Octavia opened her claws so she could peek an eye out in curiosity. Loona turned, saw the tired and "I'm so full of this shit" look on your face, and decided to humor you. Perhaps this was a moment better utilized to be a good friend, and not bully you. That could come later.
"Alright, I'll bite. Octavia, see if you can find Moxxie to give you that tour. He's the short one. Satan knows fatty could use the exercise," Loona said with not a hint of amusement in her voice. But...Moxxie isn't fat...you thought.
Octavia took the opportunity to leave the humiliating situation, and fled out the door in search of the small imp. When the door clicked shut behind her, Loona turned back to you.
"Alright, what's up? Surely just letting her pet you didn't turn you into...this." Loona gestured at all of you.
You shuffled nervously in your seat; not sure how serious the thing you were about to say was. It could just invite another wave of teasing and laughing.
"Octavia called me a 'Good (Y/G).' I'm not a..." you trailed off, unsure of how you felt about the owl girl calling you that. Did you actually enjoy it?
Loona gave a look of surprise. "Oh. That's...no, yeah that's kind of bad. You didn't say she could do that, right?" She asked, suddenly concerned for your well-being. You weren't expecting that response; you were sure Loona would take the opportunity to tease you again. Maybe being called that meant something different when referring to hellhounds.
"No, I didn't," you replied. Loona bit her lip as she thought, her distressed expression worsening.
"Shit. You need to let her know that's not okay, (Y/N). We're not animals. I just hope she didn't mean anything by it. She's a royal, so she probably didn't realize that's not an okay thing to say to people like...us. Even if you're not exactly...you know." Loona was referring to the fact that you weren't a real hellhound. You grumbled, still hating the fact that you looked like one. As if it wasn't hard enough that you were universally ordained a "Bad Person." You were constantly reminded of how low society thought of Hellhounds. Despite your annoyance, you felt yourself slowly starting to nod off from sleep deprivation.
"I don't think she spends that much time around others, either," Loona continued. "So that's even more of a reason to believe she just never grew up learning about this. Honestly, we should probably be grateful that she doesn't hang out with other rich fucks, otherwise she might've turned out worse..." Loona tapped her foot against the floor anxiously. She grabbed your shoulders as you almost slipped into a micro-sleep, and shook you.
"I'm up!" you said. "I heard what you...*yawn*...said. What do you want me to do about it? It's not like I'm responsible for her." Loona smacked you upside the head. "She's Stolas's daughter, shit for brains! You will meet her again! You don't want her acting like again when she does!" She gripped you by the shoulders again, and looked you in dead in the eyes. You rubbed your head where she had hit you.
"Promise me you'll tell her, (Y/N). I don't want her saying things like that. At least not without permission."
Loona looked sad at the thought that Octavia was capable of speaking in such a manner. You nodded, sympathetic. She cared for her much more than you had realized. What happened in L.A.? Octavia mentioned meeting and hugging her, when she was rambling last night.
"Alright, I'll tell her," you decided. Loona stepped to the side as you stood up. You walked towards the door. You opened it to find Moxxie leading Octavia through the main room, pointing at your desk.
