"...What?"
Loona snarled. "Did Moxxie put you up to this!?" she repeated, louder and angrier. "Is this some kind of fucking joke? I'll fucking kill him!"
Loona slammed her palms into the wall on either side of your head. The building cracked where she made impact. You became extremely aware that Loona was more than capable of putting you through that wall, if she so desired.
"I'll fucking kill you!"
Loona was breathing heavily. Her whole chest was heaving as she brought her snarling snout closer to your face, showing off her dagger teeth. As she came closer to you, you saw that tears were forming in her eyes.
"No, Loona! This isn't a joke: Nobody asked me to do this!" You desperately tried to explain. You were now regretting that you had confessed your feelings to her; it had obviously made her more upset than you imagined she could be. "...Are you okay?"
Loona's face relaxed suddenly as you asked that, and regret creeped into her face. She looked like she had just become aware of what she was doing. She quickly tilted her head down to the floor, and pushed her forehead against your chest. You were still pinned to the wall, and were surprised by the new pressure holding you there.
"How do you always do this?"
Loona's voice came from below you. You heard something small hit the floor, but you couldn't see past Loona, or her hair covering your chest.
"Do what?" you asked nervously. You were still wary of her; but you heard the hurt in her voice. You felt you as if you needed to engage in this conversation with her; to comfort her by making things clear.
"You're always so fucking honest. You...make me self-conscious, and you always force me to confront myself. I hate it." Loona kept her head against your chest. You could feel her head pressing against you repeatedly as she spoke.
Loona let her arms fall from the wall down onto your shoulders. She pulled you forward, away from the wall long enough to wrap her arms your shoulders and neck. You tried not to move.
"Wh-what do you mean?" you asked. You were confused. Her words were currently contradicting her actions. What did she mean?
"I...like you (Y/N). I was denying it before. I pushed and hid my feelings away, lying to myself, because there I thought there was no way that I could like someone like you. And I thought there was even less of a chance you could like me back."
You heard more small sounds of something hitting the floor. Then you heard Loona start to sniffle. She...liked you? Against her expectations, I made a move. That must be why she thought I had been messing with her, you thought.
"At the beginning, you were just a stranger to me, but then I hated you when you started working here. You made me hate you, because you forced me to take a hard, long look at myself. We argued; and we fought. I hurt you, badly. Then, all of a sudden, we were friends, and you had forgiven me. And...and then I developed feelings for you, as I got to know you better. But my heart...my heart couldn't convince me that I didn't still hate you on some level, and that you still hated me, for what I did to you."
Loona's sniffling was getting louder, and you heard more tears of hers hit the floor. That was the only thing it could've been: tears. You stayed quiet, and listened to her continue.
"Everything you did: the blushes, when you would just look at me as if I was the only thing int the world worth looking at; confiding in me about your death. I kept convincing myself that it was all a front; that you didn't really like me. You couldn't. I didn't deserve it."
