Dokja's POV:

They made it to the shipping yard around midnight. They had spent extra time to take out more cameras on the way, at this point they have probably taken out most of the CCTV cameras in Seoul.
"Who goes there?" A man with a harsh voice asked as he shined a flashlight on the two.
"Are you Mr. Gong?" Dokja asked
    "Indeed, who are you?"
"An esper needs a guide." Dokja said, using the passcode his mother had given him.
"A guide needs freedom." Mr. Gong responded with a small smile.
"My name is Dokja Kim and this is Sangah. We were told you could help."
"Follow me." He lead them onto a gigantic barge that held countless shipping containers. He lead them to a large red one, when he opened it they found an entire small apartment set up inside. With beds, a table and two chairs, a small battery powered tv and even a small bathroom.
"Sorry we have to keep you in here, but this barge has a large crew and I don't trust all of them to let them in on my side buisness."
"It's more than I could have hoped for Mr. Gong, you're risking so much for complete strangers. thank you very much." Sangah said with a smile and even heartfelt tears in her eyes.
"Aw geeze. You're gonna make me blush." He said while rubbing his neck.
"We leave in a few hours, the voyage will take about two weeks time. We have a few stops at California, Panama, and Puerto Rico before we get to New York.  I'll stop in and give you more food, water and other supplies every now and then. Try to stay quiet, you can talk, just no loud noises or shouting."
With that, they walked into the makeshift apartment and he shut the doors.
The lighting was strands of white Christmas lights that had been strung around the ceiling. So even though they were now locked in a shipping container it felt more whimsical than claustrophobic.
Both of them were so exhausted, but before going to sleep, Dokja needed to do one more thing. Sangah was already crawling into bed, dokja gently held her hand and began guiding.
"You don't have to do that Dokja. After everything we've been through in the past day... you must hate being a guide now more than ever. You must hate espers more than ever." She looked sadly as they held hands.
"I don't blame all espers for the actions of a few. And I never hated being a guide, I just hate what happens to guides. There's a difference. If the world was different, I would openly use my powers to help espers every day. But I can't let it consume my life and free will. Just like you don't let being an esper consume you. You're my bestfriend, I'm sorry we have to leave our old life, but I'm glad at least we are in this together." He said with a gentle smile.
"I'm so glad I met you Dokja, I don't know what I would have done if I'd been on my own. I would have rampaged from lack of guiding, but even more than that, I would have lost hope that I can be more than just my powers."
"You've always been more than just your powers. Sometimes it just takes a friend to help you see it."
Sangah closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep and Dokja let go of her hand.
He climbed into his own bed and looked up at the ceiling. Too tired to continue thinking about the crazy events of the day, he followed Sangah into a deep, peaceful slumber.

Two weeks later:

Yoo Joonghyuk's POV:

Where could they possibly be?! He'd spent every hour, of every day, for the past two weeks searching all of Korea, and the only conclusion he could come up with is that they simply weren't in the country.
He had started a nationwide search in Japan as well, and started to search in China and Taiwan. He kept expanding his search radius, but he still came up with an empty net.
His guild members were worried, he barely slept or ate anything and he had given up on getting guidance from any of the center's guides. All he wanted was Kim Dokja.
"I know we'll find him eventually." Lee Jihye had tried to console him.
"We've made both their faces known by everyone in Korea and Japan. And now China and Taiwan are helping in the search effort too. Other countries are starting to push the news as well.
"He could be anywhere. Where in the world is Kim Dokja?"
