The Changes
One of the biggest changes I made was the characters deciding to go pro. Initially, I planned for them to form a high school band and leave it at that. But when I rewrote the prologue, I decided to take a different direction.
Back in 2018, the original prologue focused on the scene in Chapter 15—where Wynther officially became a part of the band. That was also his first time meeting the other members. The scene would then shift to the rooftop in Chapter 8, where he saw Luna staring at the sky with a serious and lost expression. That moment was supposed to be part of his dream sequence before he woke up. But things changed.
To give you a better idea, here's the original prologue. Haha.

"Hey, Wyn!"
I looked up at the person who called me.
I saw a very beautiful woman standing five meters away, smiling so brightly.
"Anong ginagawa mo dito? May practice tayo ngayon!" she said and walked toward me.
I looked at her blankly.
"I have no intention of joining that stupid band of yours."
She smirked and pointed at my back.
"Really? Then why am I seeing a bass there?"
I turned around and saw my bass. Damn.
"T-that's not mine!" I said, stuttering. Fuck!
"Defensive," she said, laughing. "Tutal mukhang ready ka na, tara na!" She grabbed my wrist and started dragging me to I don't fucking know where.
"Bakit ngayon lang kayo?" a guy asked her when we arrived at an empty classroom.
"Sinundo ko pa kasi si Wynther," she replied.
I snorted. Tsk.
"By the way, Wyn, this is El, our drummer," she said, referring to a guy who had a very cheerful look. I don't like him.
"Hi, nice to meet you. I'm El, short for Elijah," he greeted me and offered his hand for a handshake. I just looked at it for a second before looking at the instruments inside the classroom.
"Pagpasensyahan mo na siya, El. Ganyan talaga siya," she said, then added, "Nasa menopausal stage na kasi."
"What did you say?!" I said, irritated, and glared at her.
She just smiled and gave me a peace sign.
Then, she pointed at another guy wearing eyeglasses. "That's Rive, our keyboardist." The guy looked at me and winked. Fuck! Is he gay? I hate gays.
"Hi, Wyn~♡"
I looked at him with disgust. I swear, I wanted to puke when he said that!
"Aw! Why so cold, Wyn? Pinaninindigan mo talaga ang pangalan mo, ah. Haha." The annoying girl said, laughing.
Seriously? Why can't she just shut up for a minute? But I'd be more than happy if she shut up for life.
