The rain came down in sheets, making the night dark and inky by the time Taehyung and Jimin finally reached Jimin's street.

"Let's go there" Jimin said pointing his finger towards a convenient store, as they both shivered in cold, The harsh light cast a pale glow on their soaked faces.

Taehyung shook his head, splashing some water droplets at Jimin,s face leading him busted out in a loud laugh, breathless and excited. His hair stuck to his forehead in damp curls, his eyes sparkling with the fun of getting drenched together.

"I don't know when I had soaked in the rain this much?" Said Taehyung, flashing his boxy smile, shifting his gaze at the droplet of water dripping from Jimin's wet plumpy lips.

"Oh really?" Jimin reacted in bewilderment, "I always love to get soaked in rain....its fun..
You know" He added.

Jimin's heart fluttered, million butterflies twsited in his stomach as he locked his eyes with Taehyung's who now brushed away the rain drop from his lips.

The space between them seemed to shrink, the air thick with unspoken feelings as slowly they both drew themselves closer.

Before Jimin could think, Taehyung leaned in. The kiss started slow, just a touch of lips that sent shivers down Jimin's spine.

Then, it deepened, like a dam breaking. The only sound was the rain drumming on the roof, a rhythm against their racing hearts. The taste of rain mixed with something sweeter, something only Jimin had.

They pulled away, chests heaving, foreheads touching. The world seemed blurry, the familiar street outside looking like a dream. A blush spread across Jimin's cheeks, reaching his ears. Taehyung mirrored the blush, his heart pounding in his chest.

The kiss left them speechless, unsure what to do next. The rain, although still heavy, seemed to ease up a bit, like even the storm paused for their special moment.

Cheeks flushed, Jimin broke the silence first, nervously glancing down at his wet shoes. A giggle, a little too high-pitched, escaped his lips. "Maybe," he mumbled, "we should get home before we catch a cold?"

Taehyung, heart still pounding, slowly nodded. The air buzzed with unspoken emotions and excitement mixed with a new shyness. He reached out, his hand hovering awkwardly over Jimin's. "Yeah," he managed in a husky voice, "let's get you home."

Stepping back out into the rain, a comfortable quiet settled between them. Streetlights cast an orange glow on the wet pavement, shimmering in the puddles. Would they talk about the kiss? What did it mean? Unanswered questions swirled in their heads.

One thing was for sure, this once ordinary night was now unforgettable. Forever tied to the taste of rain and the spark of something new, Taehyung and Jimin felt at such precious moment.

Reaching Jimin's house, Taehyung stopped. He looked down at himself, realizing how soaked he was. "I should probably head home too," he said, though it sounded more like a question.

Jimin hesitated, then blurted out, "I think I should go inside" He said, his cheek blazing hot even the cold breeze caressing them.

Taehyung shivering, nodded hesitantly, "See you on after the weekend," He said, then turned to leave.

Jimin felt a wave guilt washed over his heart, for asking Taehyung to walked together towards his home, as he felt petrified, with the fact of encountering the mysterious man again. However, apart of him felt embarrassed, the kiss, it happened too suddenly and for some reasons, he couldn't prevent from occuring.

"So what....does it matter? Taehyung was the first one who did it... And we both have same feeling for each other" Jimin thought, he then encourage himself and shouted Taehyung's name, "You should come inside...I don't think this storm would stop any soon" It sounded more like a command.

Taehyung turned back to see Jimin, it was too cold outside to walk back at home, and the taxi would be hard to find in this heavy rainfall.

"Okay...if you insist" Taehyung answered hesitantly.

Jimin brought the keys and opened the door, led the way to inside. As soon they both stepped into the house, Mr. And Mrs. Park looked at Jimin in concerned.

"Why you hangout outside in this heavy rain? Don't you know how much we get worried about you?" Mrs. Park scolded, pulling the towel from the stand.

"Eomma...I didn't know it was going to rain" Jimin explained himself, flashed his eye smile, "Anyway meet my friend Kim Taehyung" He gestured at Taehyung, shivering in cold and standing at the doorway hesitantly.

"Oh why you're standing there...come inside young man or you'll catch a fever" Mr. Park suggested, pulled out another towel and extending to Taehyung.

"Come inside... Taehyungie" Mrs..park invited him in such gentle tone that Taehyung felt as if she knew him since years.
"Jiminie" She then diverted her attention back to Jimin and commanded, "Take him to your room and give him your clothes until I'll prepare some food for both of you," She suggested, gazing back at Taehyung endearingly, "You must be hungry"

Taehyung nodded, ”Thank you" He shortly greeted.

"You don't need to thanks..." Mrs. Park scolded, "You're like my son so feel free" She added.

Taehyung entrusted a smile to them, following Jimin's lead, he walked UpTo the stairs.
