I just wanted to give a final thanks to all who have read this. It was my first real attempt at sharing something I've written and it far exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed writing it and am still to this day shocked at how many people have taken the time to read something I have written.
I have seen a number of requests for a sequel to this book, potentially about the children. I can't make any 100% promises because I have begun to work on a new book series that I am very excited to share; but, I will say it is not impossible and I will, in my free time try to brainstorm some potential ideas that could come as a sequel. I would love to continue and see what happens in this story but I do not want to force a story that I can't be proud of as well as disappointing any who are looking forward to it. So as of now a sequel is a possibility but not a promise.
