Mental Exhaustion

When you feel like you have no voice, and you can't cut yourself and you can't cry and you can't scream, it's hard to express how you feel, and it always ends up making you want to stop existing more than you have ever wanted anything before, because suffering in silence with no way to bring it into the physical and not just the mental world makes it feel like nobody understands what you're going through and everyone belittles you. Makes you think that no matter what you think you're always a burden, but  for some reason you stay. And you're left wondering why you don't just leave. It's like looking through a dirty, broken piece of glass. Everything is always shattered and unclear.
