.....

Adalyn was in the library reading her baby book, she wanted to be done with the book before she was in her third trimester so it was all she was reading. Klaus had come in and sat down next to her causing her to look up.

"Doing the daily listening session?" Adalyn asked looking at him

"Thier heartbeats make it so real," Klaus admitted as she nodded

"Yeah, I'm a little upset that I have yet to pick a name for the baby girl," Adalyn admitted to the Hybrid

"We'll figure something out soon," Klaus comforted the woman

"I hope so, I feel so bad that I'm already leaving her out," Adalyn spoke out of emotion

"You are not leaving her out, girl names are just difficult," Klaus spoke in a soft voice

"Okay, are you spending the day with Marcel again?" Adalyn questioned looking up at him

"Yeah, I'm trying to convince him that we're all friends here so he leaves you and the twins alone," Klaus explained some more

"Okay, while you're out get some actual food cause the pantry is bare," Adalyn directed him causing him to chuckle

"Anything, just stay safe," Klaus stated before walking out

Adalyn was sitting in her room before she cried out in pain which caused Rebekah to speed into the room to check up on her friend. She walked into the room to see Adalyn bent over holding her belly while pain was written all over her face.

"What the hell was that?" Rebekah asked the werewolf

"Hell if I know, it felt like I was being stabbed," Adalyn spoke as she sat up

"Time for the demon spawns to snack!" Rebekah cheered as they walked into the kitchen

"I wish you wouldn't call them that," Adalyn remarked to the blonde

"Oh, sorry, have you picked another name yet? Take one, the plantation's lousy with them," Rebekah spoke handing her an apple

"I feel fine which is weird so I'm sure it's Sophie-related," Adalyn explained as she rubbed her belly

"Then, do me a favor, and don't die on my watch! I'll never hear the end of it," Rebekah joked causing Adalyn to chuckle

"You know when I first met you, I thought you were a real bitch," Adalyn admitted to her friend

"What changed your mind?" Rebekah questioned with a smile

"Oh, I still think you're a bitch, I've just grown to like that about you," Adalyn added on with a chuckle

"Aw, well, that's sweet of you to say, remember it when I'm gone," Rebekah spoke causing Adalyn's smile to drop

"Gone? Where are you going?" Adalyn asked her best friend

"I only came to town to make sure everything was okay with Elijah. He's fine, and he hasn't punished Klaus for daggering him, so as usual, they'll be thick as thieves, and I'll be left to clean up the mess, It's time for me to fly the coop, what's wrong?" Rebekah questioned as Adalyn winced again

"I dunno, probably morning sickness..." Adalyn guessed with a sigh

"Oh, you're burning up, actually," Rebekah stated feeling her forehead

"Maybe some water will help," Adalyn spoke before going to stand up

"I'm calling Elijah," Rebekah stated pulling out her phone

"Water's not helping," Adalyn whined to the blonde

"Stop fussing, will you? Elijah will be here any minute," Rebekah stated to the werewolf

"I feel like I've been microwaved," Adalyn remarked in pain

"Hey! Just because you're carrying two babies, doesn't mean you get to act like one! I'm sure my little niece and nephew are healing you up as we speak," Rebekah stated before going to see Elijah and Sophie

Sophie had directed Elijah to move Adalyn into the pool and he did so, Davina was working on breaking the link between the two in the meantime and soon Adalyn was feeling better. Adalyn had opened the door only to see a man she had never seen before and shortly after he had taken her.
