Nova POV
(2 months later)
I found a new job that I really like. You're probably wondering what I do. I actually work as a receptionist at rich gang. My mother thinks it's a waste of time because I have a degree and I'm using it to answer phones. I was at work logging in some information on one of the new artist, when Jacquees came up to me. He was fine and I will admit I would leave Carter alone so Jacquees could sing my panties off. I was so caught up undressing him with my eyes I didn't hear him calling my name until he waved his hand in my face.
"Oh sorry what do you want Jacquees?" I said with a fake attitude and rolled my eyes.
"You been here two months and I still ain't got a warm welcome but it's cool you'll come around soon, and why you was staring at a nigguh like you was tryna steal my soul?" He said laughing.
"Uh no I wouldn't even want a handshake from you. And anyway what do you need?" I said moving my neck.
"Well I need them digits but until then can you come to the board room they are holding a meeting in there." I just shook my head okay standing up and pulling my skirt down.
"Damn that skirt sitting right. You wore that for daddy didn't you?" He said biting his bottom lip.
"You're such a perv but so am I so I guess that's why we get along so well."
"What you mean get along you always got a attitude with me. And I know you a pervert the way you was undressing me with your eyes." He said laughing I playfully hit him on his shoulder. I must admit I was feeling Jacquees but he wasn't capable of being faithful the way he flirted with me knowing I had Carter let me know that. I walked into the board room and it was empty. I looked and gave Jacquees the stankest face I could muster up.
"What was that you looked like some shit on the syfi channel." He said in between laughs. I mugged him and then hit him upside the head. Then I had an idea to get him back.
"You know Que I've been thinking maybe I should give you my number." I said seductively tugging at the bottom of his shirt. He scrambled to get his phone out then handed it to me. I gave him the number to my dentist office. I know it's petty but paybacks a bitch. I saved it then walked off blowing him a kiss. I went back to my desk. I don't really do anything at this job I basically sit here and look pretty. I'd do things from time to time. After an hour it was finally time for my lunch. Jacquees ran over to me as I was walking out the building.
"Aye let me take you to lunch."
"Sure but I'm only going because I don't turn down free food,"
"Let's take your car cause I only take girls and from looking at you that's questionable." He laughed. Until I straight faced him.
"Go to hell Rodriquez." I said then walked away. He grabbed my arm and spun me around.
"I was just kidding gosh sensitive ahh." I smirked because I was in love with his personality.
"Let's go before I change my mind." I handed him my keys, and we were on our way. I plugged up my aux cord and Jacquees you need me played through the car.

I practically sung at the top of my lungs this was my song. I practically forgot he was in the car. I looked over to see him smirking. I waved him off.
"So you gone keep lying to me and telling me my music's alright, cause from how you was just singing it you have my shit on replay all the time."
"Boy I do not this the only song I have in my play list that's yours." Then come thru came on. I skipped the song thinking I was clear until feel it came on. I paused my music and looked over to see him with this huge toothy smile.
"Okay maybe I like your music well if I can be honest you're my favorite singer I went to your concert for my birthday." I said the whole while looking down at my fingers.
"Ma you don't have to be shy. I know you feeling a nigga in every way not just his music." He said lifting my head up. I blushed feeling like I was in high school. We finally arrived and this nigga took me to Popeyes he could've at least took me to chipotle. I got out the car calming myself I couldn't get mad we are just friends so he didn't have to do anything special. I walked in only to hold my own door. We ordered then we finally sat down.
"You're such a gentlemen." I said rolling my eyes then turning my attention to my phone.
"It's payback." He said grinning.
"For what??" I asked totally confused.
"Next time don't give me your dentist's number like I'm not gone catch it. We got to the same dentist."
"Fine give me your phone and call the number." I finally gave him my real number. We ate and he took me back to work I got my keys and went inside. Only to be told I could go home. When I tell you I left that building thanking god like won't he do it.

Nova seems to be taking a liking to Jacquees.
Will Carter find someone else or will Nova and Carter stay together??"
