He never got to the talking part. During one of his "sessions" he realized something while in between kissing me, making him outrageous. To the point he fixed his attire and stormed out of the office.

Of course me being me, would not just wait for him to come back and plant more of his wrath on me, decided to get the hell out of here.

It's not like I was actually expecting to be out of here you know? Because 1 hour later and I was still over here. Not because I wanted to be but since I'm pretty sure my leg muscles froze and had gotten hypothermia.

Minutes were going by and as I was warming myself with Aryaan's heater, hoping he would take his sweet time to come back.

Or best. He had already left the building in a state of anger.

I brush off my clothes, put my hair down, and finally attempt getting up..

In which I'm able to. Finally!!

I flee towards the door and sprint all the way to the elevator. With my eyes shut I wait for it to close.

Please don't show up. Please don't show up.

It finally closes and I squeal in happiness. I was safe!.

The next day:

* alarm going off*

Ughh, I just went to sleepp.

I shut off the alarm and force myself to get up. As I do I realize how cold it is and reach for my robe.

Hadn't I put the heater on before sleeping?

Grabbing a random set of work clothes I go the bathroom. And I scream.

I scream so loud that my voice starts becoming hoarse.

What the hell happened to me?

My eyes are literally yellow, lips are blue and swollen, cheeks a dark shade of pink, my hair has grown longer and my fingers are blue as well.

I really need major help and the only person who I trusted was currently on her death bed.

First things first. No way was I going to work like this. So what if I was behind so much work because of all of this?

Attracting attention was the last thing I needed.

I guess I'll just have to call my boss..

I take a quick shower and then put on a fleece lounge pant with a tank top. Over that I put on a sweater, socks and then a coat.  Great my teeth were still chattering after all these layers.

While I sit on my bed, I call up someone that I really do not want to be talking to right now.

On the first ring he picks up.

"Hello?"

"Mrs. Ahmed, you were supposed to be at work an hour ago. Would you like to enlighten me on why you decided to not show up without informing me? I do not tolerate this non sense."

For once couldn't he talk like a normal person?

"You know what? I don't give a damn about what you tolerate. I'm not showing up to work today, that's why I called you. Just cope."

Without hearing his response I end the call.

It felt like someone was banging my head against metal.

Eva why did you inject me with something so cruelly vile? Dying at this point seemed like an easier option then to experience whatever this was.

The phone starts ringing again and I stuff my face into the blanket to muffle the annoyance and pain.
