Y/N stumbled out of the crowded bar, her head spinning from one too many drinks. Despite Pedri's protests, she had insisted on celebrating her birthday in style, determined to let loose and forget about the stresses of daily life for just one night.

Pedri followed close behind, concern etched on his face as he watched Y/N weave unsteadily down the sidewalk. "Y/N, maybe we should call it a night," he suggested, reaching out to steady her.
But Y/N waved him off with a drunken giggle, her laughter echoing in the empty streets. "Nonsense, Pedri! The night is young, and so are we. Let's keep the party going!"

With a resigned sigh, Pedri relented, knowing there was no arguing with Y/N when she was in this state. He wrapped an arm around her shoulders, determined to keep her safe as they made their way home.

As they stumbled through the front door of Y/N's apartment, Pedri couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over him. The night had been a whirlwind of chaos and laughter, but they had made it home in one piece – mostly.

Y/N collapsed onto the couch with a dramatic sigh, her limbs splayed out in every direction. "I'm drunk, Pedri," she announced, stating the obvious with a drunken grin.

Pedri chuckled, shaking his head as he settled down beside her. "Yes, you are," he agreed, unable to suppress a smile at her antics.

"Pedri!" Y/N exclaimed, sitting up abruptly with a wide grin. "I have an idea!"
Pedri watched with amusement as Y/N's eyes sparkled with excitement, her enthusiasm infectious. "What is it, Y/N?" he asked, unable to suppress a smile at her boundless energy.

Y/N bounced off the couch with a newfound vigor, her movements fluid and graceful as she began to dance around the room. "Let's have a dance party!" she declared, twirling and spinning with abandon.
Pedri laughed, unable to resist the invitation as he joined Y/N in the impromptu celebration. As they danced together, their laughter filled the air like music, the worries of the outside world melting away with each joyful step.

But then, in a sudden burst of energy, Y/N leaped into the air, her movements wild and uninhibited as she twirled and spun with reckless abandon. And just as Pedri reached out to steady her, she stumbled forward, her momentum carrying her straight into his arms.....
Their eyes met in a moment of shared surprise, the air crackling with electricity between them. And as Y/N looked up at Pedri, her heart pounding in her chest, she felt a rush of emotion unlike anything she had ever experienced before.

In that moment, with Y/N nestled against his chest, Pedri felt a wave of warmth envelop him. Their closeness stirred something deep within him, a realization dawning that their bond was far more profound than mere friendship. As he gazed into Y/N's eyes, filled with a mix of uncertainty and longing, Pedri's heart swelled with a newfound determination.

"Y/N," he murmured softly, his voice barely above a whisper, "can I... can I kiss you?"

Before Y/N could respond, her heart pounding with anticipation, Pedri closed the distance between them and pressed his lips gently against hers. In that instant, time seemed to stand still as their kiss deepened,

But just as the moment reached its peak, Y/N pulled away, her eyes clouded with confusion. "Pedri," she slurred, her words muddled by the haze of alcohol, "I... I think I need to sleep. Or... or something."
Pedri's heart sank at her sudden withdrawal, his mind racing with uncertainty. "Of course, Y/N," he replied, trying to hide the disappointment in his voice. "I'll get you some water and help you to bed."
As he watched Y/N stumble towards the bedroom, Pedri couldn't help but wonder what had just happened between them. Was their kiss merely a product of the alcohol-induced haze, or was there something deeper at play? Only time would tell...
Just as Pedri turned to fetch some water, he felt a soft pressure against his cheek. Startled, he looked back to see Y/N, her eyes half-closed with exhaustion, planting a gentle kiss on his cheek.

"Thank you, Pedri," she whispered sleepily, her words barely audible. "You're... you're a good friend."
As Pedri tucked Y/N into bed and watched her drift off to sleep, a mix of emotions swirled within him. With a tender gaze, he brushed a strand of hair from her face and whispered softly, "Sleep well, Y/N. We'll figure this out together."

Feeling a strong pull, Pedri hesitated before deciding to lay beside her, keeping a respectful distance. He couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort in her presence, despite the complexities of their situation. As he settled in beside her, he couldn't ignore the warmth that radiated between them, a silent promise of the bond they shared.
