You walked away from him heading to the bathroom
You tried your hardest not to cry but failed

The second you closed the bathroom door you fell on the floor crying your heart out
It was just too much
He was the best thing that ever happened to you for years suddenly... it's everything but that .

....15 minutes later... you decided to shower and go to sleep
You had the worst headache.
Your entire body hurts and you just wanted to sleep and wake up to find it all but a dream
You put on clean pyjamas and head downstairs to get a glass of water

Pedri was sitting on the couch spaced out looking down
You felt really bad for him
Seeing him like this made you realize you're both victims and you both need to adress your fault in this
You put the water glass on the sink and walked towards pedri sitting next to him not living an inch between the two of you
You grabbed his neck pulling him into your chest

His words caught you off guard however you decided to do as he said
You pulled him even closer kissing the top of his head
You slowly rubbed his back up and down to make him loosen up abit
You two remained in each other's embrace for a while until he pulled away

" I'm sorry , I know I've said this word way too many times and now it lost all its meaning but I still mean it " he said looking straight into your eyes
" and this isn't even about Felix or me not trusting you, believe me I do I'm just-" he sighs " I'm just scared I will never be good enough y/n for you, for my team and even my family and it-"
" stop " you immediately interrupted

" let you what pedri !!! Let you sit here and blame yourself for things you clearly can't control and surely aren't responsible for ?" You said annoyed
He sighed deeply
" this isn't about me or us pedri . This is about YOU and how YOU see yourself I could love you more than anything but never be able to change your perspective! You have to be fully aware of how amazing, talented and kind you are it's not my job to remind you of that " you blurted honestly
" okay we're back at it again " he chukled
" are you even listening pedri ... this is getting too much to bear" you said holding your head
" you don't have to deal with this .. with me , you know you can just leave y/n " he said bitterly
" oh is it that easy for you to let me leave?" You asked with a lump in your throat

"You're injured now and it's completely okay . Let's take this time off to work on our relationship and all the misunderstandings hmm?" You asked hopefully
Pedri hummed softly
" let's go to bed now , it's been quite the day" you giggled walking upstairs
" wait" pedri said holding your wrist
" I might doubt myself, my skills or anything but I'm certain of your love always" he said delicately kissing your forehead
