Collide: Two Realities Become One

part 20: welcome to al khazar!

"It is a wonderful day for all of us to be here.." king molt said walking in the town square of the kingdom. Following him was none other than princess piña, or as everyone knows.. the traitor.

The people were in shock, the princess was prohibited to step foot into the kingdom, why the hell is she here?

But they decided not to speak out because of another presence, the marines and the U.S army. 3 ambassadors stood among them with the secretary of state, elanor Roosevelt, and a representative of the department of defense, coby guzman.

And of course the ones who are close to piña acting like a personal guard is alex and his squad. Such a risky move to pull for the U.S to bring high ranking officials in what's considered the home of the enemy. But they did what must be done, they already killed a massive 300,000 enemy troops in the following months and merely suffered casualties that barely reached in the hundreds, they've beaten up the empire pretty badly and its probably time to tell them why they shouldn't mess with a superpower.

"Ive welcome back, princess piña co lada to the empire and she has brought some visitors.. none other.. than the green men themselves.." molt continued his speech.

Some of the townspeople were visibly disgusted by her presence since afterall the princess has betrayed the empire with no hesitation. Some even tempting to kill her, but they didn't decide to do it because god knows what will the green men do to them if they did such an act.

The king then gave the speech to piña which she gladly took, "all of the people in al khazar.. i have arrived back.. in my home, to tell you all that the green men has seek for peace with our empire! This war will end now and no more fear and bloodshed will be spilled and our lives will return to normal.. and that i will beg you all on my knees to treat them no longer as an enemy, but an ally.."

Silence was heard, but piña never expected for the crowd to not approve of her speech but to revolt, "they terrorized our villages and families they should put their heads on stakes and burn to death for what they've done!"

"Yeah! They've made our lives harder because of what? For nothing! They've hurt us and tortured us innocent people! How dare you would live with such barbaric imbeciles!"

"They've murdered families! They're just as barbaric as goblins and demons alike! They have no right to step foot in this holy land!"

Accusations and insults were thrown left and right, the marines stood firm because they didn't know what they were talking about, but Alex definitely understands and is not happy.

"What the hell are they screaming about?" Gregory asked.

A tomato then pummeled on the ground splattering near piña which made her boots dirty.

"Well i guess that answers your question.." alex said.

The ambassadors and the other government officials didnt show any emotion, it was like they were expecting such a reaction. The king was dissapointed, not only her daughter's reputation towards the public has been destroyed but negotiating in a peace treaty was far away from being just a simple talk. Its gonna need some time, because he cannot risk a signing of peace when an assassin would cut the throats of the ambassadors mid talking, it was too hostile to be even around the village square especially for piña.

And that would be proven right now.. in a sudden act, a guy with a sword charged through the crowd, as they noticed the man they cheered "Kill! Kill! Kill!" Which alarmed piña that theres someone charging to hurt her.
