"I found this when we were cleaning out Finn's room." Carole told Puck. "I've been holding onto it."

Puck furrowed his eyebrow as he took the piece of paper from Carole. He looked at the page, eyeing Finn's handwriting. "These look like song lyrics."

"Something told me to give it to you." Carole replied. "Maybe you can use it."

"I can't take Finn's work." Puck shook his head. "These are his words."

"Please." Carole requested. "I'd like to hear it. And if there's anyone who should take this, it's you."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

"And the Grammy Award for Song of the Year goes to... Noah Puckerman, Sailboat!"

Puck stood up and hugged his son before hugging Finn's mom and heading to the stage to accept the award.

"Thank you." Puck said. "This song started as a piece of paper with a verse or two written by my best friend, and my son and I were honored to have his mother's blessing to bring it to life."

Hudson nodded happily.

"Thank you to Mrs. H for trusting me with his words and for giving us the opportunity to share them with the world." Puck continued. "Thank you to everybody who showed their love for the song. Thank you to my son for spending endless hours working on it with me to get it just right. I wanna dedicate this award to Finn, who would've been standing here tonight instead of me. I miss you every day, brother."

Puck held onto the award as he headed back to his seat, sitting down between Hudson and Finn's mom.

Hudson held onto the award, looking at it before looking at Puck.

Puck nodded towards Carole, and Hudson nodded in agreement as he gave it back to Puck.

"Mrs. H." Puck said softly as he held the award towards her. "I think you should keep this."

Carole raised her eyebrows.

"Sailboat is Finn's." Puck added. "This award is his, and none of this would've happened without him and without you, so... please take it."

Carole held onto the award as tears filled her eyes. She smiled slightly as she choked out a thank you.

We need the sun to wake us up
We can't sleep all day long

This is for real: ten years gone
All of our friends they grew up

It's us against the sea in a little sailboat
It's us against the world
We see the end but we can't find the start
We see the end but we can't find the start

These are the dreams that keep us close
We are the kids who won't let go

It's us against the sea in a little sailboat
It's us against the world
We see the end but we can't find the start
We see the end but we can't find the start

It's us against the sea in a little sailboat
It's us against the world
We see the end but we can't find the start
We see the end but we can't find the start

Oh, we see the end but we can't find the start
We see the end but we can't find the start

Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on
