13. here comes the bride

The wedding day came. It has been a month, a super boring month, but still.
I was a bridesmaid, alejandro a groom.
Why alejandro? Well turns out duncan invited him.
Im now in a happy relationship with a boy named max, alejandro is too, the girls name is dorothea.
The wedding will be on the beach at sunset. Then, since court is hispanic, in their culture you have a LOONG afterparty.
It was 8am. I get up from my bed and walk to mrs bride.
H: hey sleepyhead!
C: let me sleep. I have a day off.
H: yeah cuz youre getting married!
C: Thats today?
C: THATS TODAY?
H: yeah! Get up ill make you breakfast.
I walked down to the kitchen and started making her waffles.
I put them on a plate with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. I also poured a little clone syrup over them.
She walked down to me, super tired.
Her baby bump was showing already, not much, but that means progress!
H: hungry?
C: yeah. The baby is making me super moody.
H: you wanted the baby! Dont complain!
C: im nottt!
H: eat your waffles.
Courtney sat down and started eating. Her pregnancy lowered her appetite, so she didnt finish.
C: ill eat it later.
H: fine. Now get dressed we are going dress fitting, do your hair and makeup and im gonna check if the afterparty hall is ready.
C: okayyy...
Courtney walked off, but i needed to get dressed too.
I paced down to my room and opened the closet.
I looked through the massive clothing collection.
I decided to wear (pic)

I was ready to go, i walked into the room, courtney still not knowing what to wear.
H: need help?
C: yes please.
I picked (pic) out for her

We got in my car.
H: excited?
C: ofcc! Its my wedding day!
H: first lets go pick out a dress.
We arrived at the dress shop.
We walk in to find a lady at the door.
?: welcome! Im agnes.
H: hello! We have an appointment.
A: name?
H: satella.
C: just in a few hours it wont be satella
H: yeah
A: okay, come with me!
We follow the lady into the fitting room areas.
A: is there one you would like to try on?
C: well no.. would you be willing to help me?
A: that is what i am here for!
Agnes picked out sone dresses, but court didnt like any of them.
Then, she saw..
Her.

She immediately fell in love with it.
C: Omg! I want to try that one!
A: of course!
Agnes took the dress off the hanger and gave it to courtney. She walked off, happy, to the dressing room.
While she was fitting, i already found a dress i want as the bridesmaid.

I looked so good in it. And i felt good in it.
Courtney walked out of the dressing room, looking gorgeous.
C: how do i look?
H: perfect. Duncan will be starstruck.
C: you think?
H: i know.
H: were buying it!
A: okay then.
We checked out the dresses and left. Then, our next destination is the salon.
We arrived, there we saw our classmates, lindsay and beth. Beth got a super glow up.
H: hey girls! Heres our bride!
L: ooh! Lets get her ready for the big day!
We talked, ate cake, basically just catching up.
After court was all done up, i left to chcek up on the hall
It was ready, and looked amazing
I went back to the salon and saw courtney, already in her gown. All ready.
H: beautiful.
C: thank you!
Now i gotta change.
I walk into the bathroom with the dress and put it on. Perfect fit.
I put on my heels and im all ready.
I walk out.
C: you look gorgeous too!
H: Thank you!
The limousine pulls up. Its time.
I lead court to the car and go to the beach. Its absolutley beautiful.
Everyone is here. I stand in my place and the music starts.

You may ask why?
Well, courtneys mom doesnt want to do anything with her, she thinks shes a failure because she lost a contest.
And her father died in a car crash.
Her grandmother is tearing up. She is filled with joy.
Everyone admiring her, looking at how pretty she is.
She stood in front of duncan and the ceremony started.
After the ceremony, everyone headed to the party hall.
It was absolutley gorgeous. The ribbons, the decoration, everything done perfectly. Everyone sat at their tables, courtney wanted her closest friends to sit with her at the newly wed table.
She brought me, alejandro, some girl named emma, her boyfriend wich i havent met yet, and her grandmother.
We sat down. Emma sat down and waited for her boyfriend.
C: where is your bf?
E: hes in the bathroom.
I was talking to everyone when emmas boyfriend arrived.
He kisses her on the cheek.
?: sorry emma i couldnt find the bathroom.
I looked at him.
H: noah?
N: heather?
I looked at him, he looked at me. We were really close friends in high school.
H: i havent seen you since like, high school!
N: yeah!
We basically just catched up, then it was time for the dance. However, duncan didnt know how to dance the dance that courtney chose.
D: i dont know how!
C: oh come on!
A: how about me and heather show you the dance?
H: what?
C: that would be great!
H: but..
I knew tango, but with him? Id rather die!
Alejandro went up to the dj and asked for the first dance tango music.
He held my hand with his right hand, his left hand on my waist, i put my other hand around his neck.
We started dancing, he was so good at it. Didnt miss a step. He was so attractive.
The music stopped. He held me almost to the floor, still holding my waist, his other hand on my thigh, him pulling up my dress, slowly. We pull eye contact.
People are clapping and we snap back to reality. I stand up and so does alejandro. I need some air. Im going outside.
I went through the back exit, the summer breeze was so relaxing.
I hear the doors opening and closing behind me.
A: hey, are you okay?
H: huh?
I turn around
H: oh yeah! Im fine!
A: you sure?
He keeps getting closer and closer, i blush.
H: o-oh yeah, dw about it!
I hit a wooden wall, he holds me against it.
H: what are you doing?
He keeps getting closer and closer to my face.
A: are you sure?
H: y-yeah
A: okay then! Lets go back!
He walks off like its nothing. Like he didnt just try to seduce me.
I walk into the hall. I spend all night partying, drinking, i almost didnt remember the night.
I do remember the ride back home.
Alejandro gave us a ride.
D: be careful those two are drunk.
Me and court sit in the backseat.
H: HIIIII
C: DONT YELL
H: YOU ARE YELLING!
D; told ya.
A: this is going to be a long ride back home.
Me and court started crying
H: IM SORRY FOR YELLING AT YOU
C: IM MORE SORRY!
H: NO I AM
we both cried even louder.
We opened the window and started screaming.
A: oh god. How many drinks did she have?
I get closer to al.
H: TEEENNENENN
Me and court start screaming shake it off randomly.
We get home, asleep, well i mean courtney is sound asleep, im halfway asleep.
I feel someone picking me up, going into the house and putting me down on my bed.
I didnt think much of it, so i just drifted away to sleep.
