Elysium: Mysterious MOTH and System Update

Fruder looked at him with more questions on his face. Juviel chuckled,

"I don't have any sort of evidence, but, you'll come into contact with such stuff often. So.. What did you mean by 'released'?"

Fruder's expression returned back to one of seriousness as he started speaking.

"Sire, Kalsfer had said a tall lady with green hair had released her after asking some questions."

Juviel raised an eyebrow, and Fruder took this as a signal to continue on.

"These questions were simple.. 'Why did you infiltrate this place?', 'Who are you?' and 'Who sent you?'."

Juviel nodded in understanding, he would probably have done the same if he found someone lurking around his home. Except the last part of course.

"So what did she say?"

Fruder hesitated for a moment before replying,

"As you had instructed us before in case we got captured, she did not lie. She answered like this respectively, 'To gather intel about one of the heads here.', 'I am Kalsfer, the best spy of BAT(Best Assassination Team).' and '... My Sire sent me here.'."

Juviel raised an eyebrow at the last part, she hadn't revealed his name but still got released? That's strange, logically that would be when torture starts. Obviously, to get the answer.. Huh, as expected of an organisation trying to save humanity..

"Interesting... Is that why you haven't allowed her to meet me?"

Fruder sighed and continued speaking,

"Yes, Sire. We are afraid she may have been rigged."

Juviel thought for a bit and found this way of thinking to be logical. Than he was curious,

"Do you seriously think logical methods would work against a non-logical organisation?"

Fruder's eyes widened in realisation. Indeed, this was an organisation that was more or less invisible 24/7. They had weird things and extremely advanced technology. It was not logical at all.

"Fruder, did you seriously think Kalsfer was bugged? I doubt so. I know this organisation, it is mostly comprised of people with good intentions."

Of course, he previously didn't know sht about this organisation but his System had a description and summary of the organisation. This let him know a lot about the organisation.

Fruder looked at Juviel in shock. Juviel knew about the MOTHs? Than he recalled how easily Juviel overwhelmed their team of pro assassins. He calmed down sooner than he had thought he would.

"Sire, what exactly does this organisation want..?"

Juviel chuckled and started speaking whilst shaking his head,

"I don't know the exact intentions of this organisation, but the main focus that they have is to save humanity from something called... The Honkai."

Fruder looked at Juviel in confusion, Honkai? What's that? Some sort of disease? Or is it some sort of project? Is it some sort of code name?

Juviel brought him out of his wandering thoughts by telling him what exactly Honkai is. Juviel was of course prepared for this guy's reaction, duh, Juviel was shocked speechless when he had received the news.

"Honkai.. It is some sort of disaster that occurs in this world periodically. Mainly referred to as Honkai Eruptions. We should have received requests to assassinate weird people that looked like they had lost their mind and hair had turned white, but they were in fact, victims of the Honkai."
