"What but We are strangers," I said stressing the last word

" And..... " I said stopping midway

" And what, star" He said in a dark but seductive voice while playing with my hair

" And... I am blind " I said with sadness hidden in my voice mixed with embarrassment

" So, " He said while continuing his magic on my hair which made me shiver again

" So,.....why would you want to get married to a blind girl? " I questioned him getting a little angry without knowing.

" Cause I need you," He said directly as he moved his hands toward my hands and started playing with my fingers.

"Wh... Y" I said I didn't know why my knees started feeling weak as he played with my fingertips.

"Hmmm........ My parents want me to get married " He said after a long pause as he stopped his assault on my fingers

" Why? " I questioned again as my hand became cold and felt empty without his....... No no Naina what are you even thinking?

"You ask too many questions, star," He said while flickering his finger on my head

" Awww..... " I said when I felt something hard hit my head

" Did It hurt?" He said while massaging that area with his hands gently

" Of course," I said in an accusing manner

" Sorry, " He said calmly but I became still with Shock.
I didn't expect him to apologize to me as he sounded too cold.....

"So what's your answer " He said
but before I could interrupt him

he said, " I know that you don't have anywhere to go and the one who pushed you in front of your car was your brother so, if you marry me then I will provide you with everything money, food, clothing etc. "

"What you will get in return " I said as I know nothing is free in this world

" You," He said in his husky voice

" Me? " I questioned as my heart skipped a beat

" I will show you to my parents as my wife so, they will get satisfied," He said

" Why me? " I said trying to get a clue

" No comment, " He said as I felt his finger in my hand again. I know physical contact like this is normal for someone who is blind, but I don't know why his touch makes me feel so comfortable and dizzy. Is this because he's going to be my husband? Why did the thought of accepting his proposal cross my mind? But do I have a reason to say no?"

"What's your answer, star?" he asked huskily, as his finger moved beneath my chin and lifted it to meet his gaze, I guess.

" Do I have a choice? "I said sighing

" No," He said simply and dangerously

"Yes I will marry you " I said while feeling the sudden increase of his heartbeat as he closed the distance between us and.......
