The boys were training for the upcoming Martial Arts tournament, Rocky is too focused until he jumps and fall backwards and broke his back, so they take him to the hospital while the girls were helping children at the Little Angel's Haven Shelter. That is when they met Justin Stewart, a boy whose father is barely around after his mother died, so Kat cheer him up, but he didn't need it.
Meanwhile in the submarine, Divatox order her soldiers to capture Lerigot, after the hospital Justin went to see Rocky but he hides so Justin won't see his communicator. But Justin was accidentally summoned to the Power Chambers and find out that his friends are Power Rangers. Meanwhile Zordon and Alpha explain Divatox's plan, and it is awakening the fire demon Maligore and marry him.
