After Freddie was arrested, things went drastically downhill. Ada will not speak to any of us, even Polly.... I feel terrible for her, but it wasn't Tommy's fault, we know who is really was.
Esme and I have been getting close, Lucy has also taken a liking to Esme. Lucy was always close with Ada, but now that Ada isn't really around anymore, she hangs out with Esme and her cousins when Tommy and I are busy.
Lucy explained everything to us, why she was scared of Tommy. Her classmates said he was the devil. More specifically, their parents told them that Tommy was the devil, and they repeated it. Lucy now isn't frightened by him after we explain what he does in a better way than what it really is. We said, "He protects many people. He keeps them safe," he promises people protection.
Tommy has made me aware of "Black Star Day," and I am helping him figure out a plan as to what the Peaky Blinders will do.
