Chapter 1 - The Beginning

3rd POV 

It's been a few years since the new Demon Lords joined, and some of them have already schemed. Rimuru had noticed that Milim was hanging around them all day, which was different from her usual dull days. She would from time to time tell Rimuru what they were doing.

<<Are you sure to overlook this Master?>> Ciel asked 

<<They still need time and if it's bothering me once they start moving it won't be a problem to get rid of them at that point in time, right Ciel?>> Rimuru answered 

<<So then are you finally starting?>> Ciel asked 

<<Yes>>  

"Rimuru" Sylvia's voice reached Rimuru's ears 

Turning around the Princess of Monsters could see Sylvia in an unusual dress, she seemed to have been doing something ever since Rimuru told her she would leave. 

"What is it El?" Rimuru asked 

"Please take me with you!" Sylvia said 

"Huh? What?" Rimuru was surprised 

"I want to live in that Country of Monsters you're going to build" Sylvia said. She seemed desperate.

"I've lived so long here, and I've seen most of the World so please!" 

Rimuru sighed as she just gained more weight on her leg "Alright, but I won't promise you anything you've got to be working too." 

"Hai!" Sylvia's happy smile could have charmed anyone at that moment. Rimuru on the other hand was not faced by it in any particular way. Still, it made her smile too. 

"Do you want to say goodbye to your daughter first?" Rimuru asked

"Oh that's- I've already done that hahaha" Sylvia said, her smile fading slightly

"Let me guess she made quite the tantrum about it?" 

"Exactly"

As such, the Ancestor of the Elves, one of the few people their age who reached close to creation, left her home and Race to accompany Rimuru, a Godlike being, on a new path. 

Rimuru POV 

<<Have we come to the right place Ciel?>> I asked my Manas 

<<Yes. According to my analysis, this seems to be the perfect spot for a Capital City of the Scale you wish for>> Ciel confirmed

"This is the place" I said 

"It seems like you've found quite the beautiful place from here it's not that far to the Lizardmen and the Ogre's are even nearer. You can even see the Mountains of the Tengu in the far and the Forrest is dense here" Sylvia said amazed 

"You seem to know a lot about this Forest and its inhabitants" I said 

"Mhm, yet it amazes me that we weren't attacked even once by any kind of Monster, we even traveled per foot for most of the time" Sylvia said 

"He, obviously, they wouldn't walk into their certain death. Even those mindless ones would feel my presence and would not dare to do anything funny" Rimuru answered 

"In that part, those mindless monsters seem to be luckier than humans" Sylvia mentioned 

As Sylvia spoke air suddenly was created in front of them as three dryads appeared right in front of them. Slowly but surely they regained their normal bodies out of thin air. Afterwards all three of them were kneeling in front of them
