In regards to Touma's strength, his is roughly on-par with Ultimate Spider-Man's, able to lift 5 tons.
However, there is a difference: while Peter Parker is a scrawny science nerd, Touma Kamijou is an unwitting academically poor delinquent who is rather strong for a kid his size.
Due to this, Kamijou is marginally stronger, able to lift around 6 tons compared to Ultimate Peter's 5 tons.
But then again, both Peters (Ultimate and 616) are shown to be much stronger than they can lift, so ultimately this won't mean much.
