Clint watched as she pulled up the cameras from the compound. He leaned over her shoulder, seeing the team gear up for something... 'Whats going on?..'

'Stark is missing, but I already know where he is, well, who he's with..'.. She sighed, drumming her fingers on her desk... 'So, what is it they want you to do?..'

He moved to sit back on the couch, kicking his feet up again, as she turned her chair to face him... 'They want me to play along, try to get an in with you, gain information..'

'They don't know our history? Romanoff?..'.. She sat back.

'No, never told them, plus it's been easy to keep Wanda and Loki out of my head, I never stayed around them long enough for them to dig through..'.. He tapped his head... 'That and I'm always humming along to some song in my head too..'... He chuckled.

'I'm sorry you're getting dragged into this..'.. She sighed, getting up and dropping back on the couch next to him.

'I'm not. Got to be honest, you did freak me out back in Sokovia..'.. He shifted to sit sideways... 'How the hell did you survive that jump?..'

She didn't say anything, just shrugged... 'This one of those, don't ask things?..'.. He knew she had secrets, and he never pushed. She was a good person, despite what everyone else and the media said about Reaper.

'You doing this, playing double agent, means I owe you one..'.. She smirked at him.

'Call us even, you saved my ass that day with Ultron..'.. He pointed at her.

Barton was a good guy, and she had saved him, more than once. She had dug into his past, wanting to know what kind of person he was. When she had come face to face with him, going after a target as Reaper, he didn't turn her in, instead he helped to fix her up, and kept silent. She knew she could always trust him. She even had him play Reaper once, just to draw the attention off her, make everyone believe, that it wasn't really her. He did as she asked, injuring her, and killing the target. He didn't know what she was, she wasn't sure he could handle that secret, not yet, but he did know everything else, he was one of the very few she actually cared for.

'Fine. I'll get you set up with a burner, and I'll create a device for you, so you don't get read by the witch. Both Gods know I'm Reaper, just a heads up, but I need you silent on that. Keep your ruse up, and get back to me with what you find, I'll play along, and give you Intel on other targets to keep the team occupied..'.. She tells him, and glances back to her computer.

'You ok?..'.. He asked, frowning at her, she seemed off, withdrawn slightly and quiet, definitely not like her.

She turned back to him, sighing heavily... 'Just knowing that shit is going to hit the fan, once everyone knows who I am..'

'Banners kid?..'.. She rolled her eyes at him.

'No. You need to keep up, never was Banners, not like I thought I was. The piece of shit that fathered me, was Pierce..'.. She held her chin up, watching his reaction, seeing shock... 'Want to know the twisted part? Wasn't just daddy dearest, but grampa too. Wanted to teach his daughter, my mother a lesson..'

Clint felt sick, and anger and empathy at all once. Shit, as if Trix hadn't been through enough, but that bombshell right there would be enough to break any normal person... 'Fuck T..'... He ran a hand over the back of his neck... 'How are you dealing with that?..'
