It's been a week since their picnic in the park and although nothing drastic has changed it feels as if her and Elliot have grown closer and closer every single day. As if that wasn't enough to wrap her head around Elliot's relationship with Noah has been continuously growing throughout the entire week.

Noah's conversation with his friend didn't seem to go well considering when he got back from school the next day he just moped around the house and didn't talk much. Elliot tried to talk to him and cheer him up to no avail and the day seemed incredibly long. She was so ready for it to be over she just hated seeing Noah so upset. The one saving grace seemed to be that Elliot began helping him build his remote control car. He didn't show the same amount of excitement as he had the previous day but when they were working on building it, everything didn't seem to plague him the same way it did when he first got home from school.

The next few days were similar in that Noah was still kind of upset so they concluded that him and his friend still hadn't patched things up. She'd almost considered calling and talking to Jack's mom she was so devastated for him but by Friday when Noah came home he seemed drastically different. He was happy again. Elliot and Olivia eagerly asked him why the sudden change in his mood and he explained that Jack and him had finally made up.

Elliot and Olivia were just over the moon to see him happy again. Their own week hadn't been as eventful as Noah's but neither of them would trade a single moment of it for the world. They spent the majority of their time watching movies and TV shows, some of which they seemed to genuinely enjoy and others they just made fun of together.

The most surprising of all though was a surprise visit earlier from Elliot's mom. Olivia continues making dinner as she listens to Noah and Elliot playing in his bedroom, she lets her mind slip back to the events that unfolded at their lunch earlier today as she looks at the envelope she hadn't yet dared to open.

Bernie swung by to drop off some things Elliot had asked for from the house. They had invited her in and ended up having a spontaneous luncheon just the 3 of them. Elliot had asked her to bring over a box of stuff that he carried to the bedroom almost immediately so she wouldn't find out the contents until much later, however what Elliot hadn't expected was Bernie had a couple tricks up her sleeve.

Apart from the things that Elliot had asked her to bring she brought a few items of her own, some of which Elliot hadn't seen in so long that he'd almost forgotten they existed.

Liv carries the last remnants of the dishes from the table into the kitchen as Elliot wipes down the table and Bernie clutches her cup of tea in her hand as she gazes at the small box on the table in front of her. "What is this mama?" Elliot asks as he picks it up long enough to wipe the table underneath it. "Just a box of stuff from the storage that I picked up as well as a few other odds and ins." Elliots eyes dart to hers but he remains silent as Olivia reapproaches the table. A facetious grin begins to creep across Elliots face.

"Mama.." he tilts his head inquisitively. "What.?" She asks attempting to appear innocent. "Yeah, what Elliot?" Olivia jokes when she sees the grin he can't seem to shake. "Mom here is trying to embarrass me." He advises and Bernie shakes her head and  mumbles an unconvincing "No" through a chuckle as she tries to grab the box from Elliot's hands. He reluctantly relinquishes the box and Olivia eagerly moves to Bernie's side of the table taking a seat beside her.

Bernie slips the lid off of the box and begins pulling various items out. The first thing she retrieves is a small brown teddy bear with suspenders on. "Aww." Liv mutters quietly. "Elliot used to sleep with this every single night when he was little. He refused to go to bed if he didn't have this clutched between his tiny fingers." She hands it to Liv who inevitably has a broad smile on her face displaying her pearly white teeth. She glances at Elliot who is shaking his head and avoiding eye contact- noticeably embarrassed. She can't help but notice his cheeks reddening and wants to comment on his adorable blushing as she knows he would her but doesn't want to embarrass him even more.
