Tolkien POV:

7:58am..that's the time I'm walking into school today without my boyfriend with me. I texted him and he didn't even read it. I went over to his house and nobody answered, I figured he just slept in so I gave him a while. Hopefully he shows up. If he's not in first period, I'm going to his house again and I'm not leaving until I get an answer.

First period came around and a few minutes before the bell rang, I was sitting in my seat when Clyde showed up. He sits down next to me, breathing heavily

"Holy shit Clyde, you had me worried! Did you oversleep?"

Just then, a stall door unlocks and opens to reveal Clyde standing there. Face covered in a hard blush, and hands stuffed in his hoodie pockets

"Clyde? You okay?"

"T-Tolkien...can we talk?"

"Yeah, sure dude"

He slides down the wall and sits on the ground, pulling his knees up to his chest. I join him and put an arm around his shoulder, still worried about what's bothering my best friend

"Tolkien. I can't keep this a secret for any longer. Just promise you won't hate me?"

He pulls away from me and we look into each other's eyes as we both slowly leaned forwards, feeling the room getting hotter at each movement. Soon enough, we had pressed our lips together in a passionate kiss. When we pulled apart though, I saw something in his eyes that I've never seen before...
