The swan of natives of our kingdom dance with each other, everything was perfect just like the way I want. A huge chandelier was hanging from the endless cieling, giving a very posh vibe as it filled the hall with flicks of gold colour. Even I am not fond of light, but this looks oddly riveting. The strobe lights fixed everywhere were giving out numerous neon lights adding a very stroboscopic effect on the dancing hall.

My fingers flickered over the little bottle in my other hand filled with a straw coloured liquid, as I looked at the girl a little far from me. She was currently talking with the prince of light while sipping on our aqua vitae

I don't know why, but she oddly succeeds in annoying me without doing anything. Maybe, her emerald necklace was something I lack and it was something my ego couldn't digest

I want it and I will get it!

I glided through the dancing crowd, my huge cloak flying after me manifesting just like umbrellas that the useless humans use during monsoon.

As I neared them, I landed on my feets and ambled towards them. They look flabbergasted to see me paying a visit to them. The fairy's eye widened and her body looks quite alarmed, stiffened in better words

"Hello light prince and ----??" I stops as my eyes flickered from Emerald Necklace towards the light prince face who heaved a sigh,

"Fairy Ae-cha"

"Oh Don't you know that little beings like them aren't allowed in this party! Who invites you? Little fairy" I sarcastically mutters as my eyes stressed on the expensive glass that the girl was holding, as she looks pleadly at the prince

"She came with us, dark prince! She might be a fairy but she is a part of our family, and thus, equally invited like us" The light prince states as the fairy beside him beamed with joy, Her eyes swirled with unknown emotions.

"Oh! My mistake. By the way, is she mute?" As I finished the sentence, I heard a visible snarl from the fairy, before she stepped forward and stops infront of me

Her height was same as mine, the fuck!

"There were legends that natives of dark kingdom have good hearing capabilities but seems like, they were myths. Or, maybe their prince is just blind" She snickers and I couldn't help but fist my hands in anger. As much as happy I was to agitate her but on the other hand, I was myself feeling seething.

From my side eyes, I could see the light prince controlling himself from laughing, which fucked me over again

"So the little fairy got her tongue, how cute! But you would look more good while communicating with sign language and giving off those garbled voices just like I imagined! "I counters as she clasped her teeth together, Her eyes twitching with visible irritation

"Little prince got haywire imagination, right jungkookie!" She respondes as she turned towards the light prince, Her hands swinged a little in the process and that was what I want.

As her noodle arms swayed a little, I held the bottle a little forward which got pushed by her and DANG, the straw coloured liquid fell all over her floral dress.

"What the f----"

"No fairy, don't curse infront of me. I know it is common for you, but not for me! " I deadpanned while giving her a tight lipped smile as she looks angrily at me but somehow manages to control her
