LIGHT VS DARKNESS // taekook

My parents have already entered, same goes with my brother and some other inmates. Aecha, a fairy, also insists on coming. Usually, fairies aren't allowed to visit such dark places because there are a lot of ghosts, demons, ghouls, spirits etc lurking in this invisible sheath and they are a strong threat to fairies.

Nevertheless, she convinces everyone of us and followed along. As I entered, I can see shadows looming in the dark, shadows probably ghosts or demons flying all over the huge hall where the event was held. These creatures are natives of dark kingdom, like fairies, angels, phantoms and light spirits are of light kingdom.

Everyone of them came from different origin like ghosts are evil dead beings same goes with ghouls but there is a slight power difference between them. Demons are basically immotal child of daemon ---- king of harmness.

I don't know why but this things always astournishes me, because every after lunar month that old king increases their population in thousands, i mean, how can someone be this horny!

Well there is someone which can be worthy opponent of daemon which is king of lust whose children are called spirits. These are mostly immotal but can be killed by special sword which we light kingdom posses.

So, we are actually equally threat to each other!

Keeping it aside, I get some glimpse of other kings of different kingdoms.

"Light prince, pleasant to see you! " Kai -- king of Earth which is one of another habitant planet in ether, welcomes me with warm hug which I returns gladly. We were good friend, why not, I supply his planet with my Solar light energy.

There was another male besides him which I recognized as prince of Air.

"Kim Hyunwoo" I called out as he passes me a contented smile before twirling a little around, "I thought you might have forgotten me, jeon jungkook"

"Naa, hyung! How could I forget my childhood" I states as he laughs in return, flattered by my comment

"Where is your brother?"

"He came with mother and father. Might be somewhere here" I replied getting a nod from the two males

"I am here, your highness!" I heard someone saying behind me before the said person jumped on me, I don't need to think twice to know that he is my elder brother -- jeon Jimin, prince of fire!

Even though he is elder than me by two and a half decades but I am the heir to light kingdom and he is of fire kingdom. We get special marks on our body when we are born to know our place in the royal hierarchy. He was awarded with fire mark, so he was given the fire kingdom by father. His coronation is still to held

"Where are father and mother?" I asks him as his bottom lip protuded up momentarily, before he rolled his eyes

"You could have asked about me"

"But you are infront of me! " I responces innocently as I see something twitching inside his eye, he can be easily agitated and can burst anytime if not handled wisely

A big package in a small body!

"Whatever! You tell me, how am I looking?" he asks me before his eyes briefly met with other two male before his eyes momentarilly pop out, as he tried recognizing them

"Are they----??" Jimin looks at me as he paused and beckoned me with his small eyes to help him in completing it, "Yaah, they are kai and hyunwoo hyung"

"Oh, how could I forget them. Hyung, how have you been? " He questioned before hugging both of them as they muttered small fine in return

"When will be the ceremony held? Shouldn't it already be done by now??" I suddenly interupts, as the trio snapped their head towards me before Jimin get my ear towards his mouth

"Why asking?? Can dark kingdom be ever punctual, especially their snob prince. I don't know how he will handle this ruined kingdom" Jimin whispers giggling afterwards as I couldn't help but smile faintly,

"Maybe, he will be the bane of this kingdom!" He proceeded as kai joined Jimin's laughters, as I looked awkwardly at hyunwoo who stood just like me smiling fooly at the scene

Backbiting wasn't a good thing in our kingdom, and we were prohibited from it but when it comes to dark kingdom, our mouth loose some restrictions as it speaks those unwanted words we never ever imagine to utter.

"Welcome everyone in our grand coronation ceremony! It is my son's crowning today and I couldn't be more happy. I am proud of him and I know, he will manage this kingdom better than his father" The current queen of dark kingdom announces as her voice amplifies on its own, she was suspended in air as her dark black robe hanged freely in the air, even sometimes flying a little by the draughts coming from huge windows

"Please welcome the new king of this magnificent kingdom, our----" she stops to let the cheering natives of this kingdom complete her sentence,

"KIM TAEHYUNG, THE FEARLESS DARK PRINCE" the crowd screams their lungs out, and instantly as if on cue, the huge black stone double door opens on its own and a male emerged through it,

"Kim taehyung, Kim taehyung" the crowd by now have gone haywire as they started shouting his name, thanks I was in different dimension as I directly come into high sky dimension which keeps me high above others. This was one of the few powers I learned from my teacher witch, and only few beings acquire this magic.

The dark prince from the last time was much more healthy, but still lean. His jet dark hair was a little long, as they flied freely in the gentle breeze, as he passed his signature smirks to everyone. He walked in the dark air, or acted like as he stood beside his mother who kisses him on forehead.

"I am proud of you, child. Be a good king to this imperial dominating kingdom" The queen says to him, as her eyes flickered a little on me before switching back to his son

"Yes, mother!" The dark prince replies, before darting his eyes on the crowd beneath him as he snapped his eyes and black petals of roses showered over the crowd as they cheered for him

"Enjoy dark kingdom folks and others too" he says, his tone turning bitter by the end of the sentence as his eyes suddenly met mine....

.......and guess what! his signature smirk comes back again –––Same like the last time, when he smashed a cake on me!
