"TRAVELER! Heeellloooo???" Paimon called snapping me out of my trance "oh sorry were you saying something?" I hum dreamily "ugh can you pay attention we NEED to talk to the hydro archon if we want to find your sibling! Now brainstorm with me" Paimon huffed crossing her arms

"Heh sorry Paimon" I smiled placing the rose in your hair "ohhhh hehe" Paimon chuckled noticing the rose "what's so funny?" I tilted my head confused "sooommboday I'm looovvee~" Paimon shook her arms excitedly "AND this time Paimon approves of him! *GASP* maybe he'll teach me his magic" She held her head up putting her arms on her hips

The grass in Fontaine always seemed wet sticking to your shoes as you walked, you looked around but surprisingly you didn't find any treasure (maybe I had gone a little ham on exploring earlier)

I stood looking around sisiding where had and hadn't been explored when suddenly I heard a voice "ugh stay calm, stay calm.." you raced over to the exhausted sounding yet familiar voice "who is that?" I though as I made it over the obscuring hill

Lyney stood shaking and bloody holding his bow ready to fire at a large group of treasure hoarders.Many treasure hoarders body's lay bloodied and filled with arrows but still for the injured Lyney they would be sure to over power him

You steadied your hand at the treasure hoarder closest to Lyney *splash* you sprayed him in the face with your water jet causing him to face plant "ugh I should have changed elements earlier" I though pointing my weapon at the next treasure border spraying him before he could react but not knocking him over

Lyney quickly shot the treasure hoarder that you sprayed causing a vaporize and knocking the treasure hoarder out. The two of you worked together, you standing in front of Lyney tanking damage as you helped vaporize the remaining treasure hoarders

" *huff* just in time, as always (Y/n)" he said in between breaths, he slowly tilted losing footing from the wet grass and his weekend body "here-" I leaned him on my shoulder "I'll bring you back to the city"

He held onto my shoulder trying to steady himself "can we just...sit for a moment" he struggles "hmm ok I have bandaids and northern apple stew you can have" I slowly lowered the both of us to the ground, Lyney leaning his back on the front of my shoulder as I grabbed supplies out of my bag

Luckily most of Lynsey's wounds were shallow and he was mostly just light headed. "Thank you (Y/n), I'm sorry if I made you worry about me" he smiled pitifully "don't worry, please just try not to get your pretty face busted-" I paused realizing I forgot to think before talking

"Pfff-" Lyney laughed before picking up one of my hands and bringing it to his head "I'm part cat you know, same silky fur as lynette without the ears" I slowly stroked my finger through his hair as he closed his eyes and vibrated therapeutically "are you...purring?" I held in laughter

"Yes?" He opened one eye to look at you "...it's cute" I mumbled causing Lyney to purr more "I'm glade you like it" he leaned up towards your face "do you want to see a magic trick?" He asked "hmm?" I hummed looking down towards him
