I was feeling a million different things at once Happiness, nervousness, fear and worst of all making a complete fool of myself. Ever since I'm met Y/n she's been nothing but funny and easy to talk to but there is something that makes me feel so afraid that I wouldn't embarrass myself in-front of her and also that my powers won't go out of control....again. I really didn't want anything to go wrong especially since we became really close over the past couple of days.
A knock was heard on my room door "Hey Steven are you okay?" Pearl asked on the other side. "Yeah come in my fine" I looked at myself in the mirror fixing my hair and any other part of my outfit that needed fixing. "I can't believe you're going on a date how exciting" Pearl exclaimed in joy. "Uhm well it's not really a date I just asked Y/n to hang out" "Oh so that's the name of this mystery girl you refuse to tell us anything about" Amethyst jumped into my room. I jolted back.
"Where did you come from" I said out in surprise. "Don't change the subject Steven. So tell us more about Y/n~" she cooed as she jumped on my bed and smirked at me. "She's just a friend that I met a while ago it's nothing really"

"Well whatever dude I gotta bounce see ya" Amethyst said as she quickly left my room.
"You know Steven you could tell us about her whenever you like it's completely up to you my advice is to stay calm and have fun I'm sure she will like you for you and if she doesn't then that's that" Pearl told me as she place one hand on my shoulder and gave me a hug before exiting my room and closeting the door. I sighed and looked back to the mirror smiling at myself before leaving the door to go to my little garden I had.
I looked around at all the flowers but my eyes were only stuck on the beautiful sunflowers that I had. It reminded me a lot of Y/n. Bold yet beautiful and manages to stand out. "You know what I'm going to call you Y/n." I said touching the petals of the sunflower and smiling before exiting.
