Your footsteps are sounding along with the heavy beating of your heart - nearly tripping over larger roots as you panic the closer they get.

Trudy's car is only a few feet out, and thank Eywa that you have your students backing you up so jumping in with her is an easy go.

"Shit! Get down!" Trudy reaches out with one hand to push you into the passenger seat, and keep your head between your knees as she starts to speed up.

A few sharp shooters have caught up, and grazed the back end of the vehicle.

The trees and men all whisk by so quickly, you hardly have time to even notice.

If only it didn't come at such an awful timing with how fast she U-Turns — and you nearly lose your breakfast at how uneven the ground she drives on is.

You're too busy trying to steady your breathing so you don't vomit all over the side of the vehicle, that you don't even care to make out what she answers back to Jake. (As if that could even happen, you'd just end up with it inside your mask.)

It's too bad there isn't any time available to appreciate the ground when she parks, having to nearly throw yourself out before landing on your hands and knees.

As if praying to the solid ground and thanking the deity for the reason it even exists.

"I'm heading out, get in your avatar already." Trudy races by and shouts out to you while carrying her favorite rifle and heading out for Jake.

The swarm idea is working, but Norm still needs all the backup he can get on the ground.

Jake's voice comes in just before you enter the mobile base, reminding you to stay away from the main field and help around the building.

You find Norm is comfortably tucked in beside your link, with Jake across from the both of you — and check them over before diving in to your own.

She rises steadily from your room inside the building, rushing to get downstairs as the war rages on in split groups around the area.

You're barely back outside by the links before a scorpion shows —- and by the lack of blue, white, and orange paint scattered along — it definitely isn't one of yours.

You grab for one of the boxes of ammo neatly packed along the buildings wall, but before you get the chance to even aim, it seems Neytiri has struck right where the pilot sits, causing it to back into a tree and tangle the rear fan in the loose branches.

As the aircraft starts to explode mid-air, it crumbles into pieces that hit the ground while everyone watches.

It seems Norm had disappeared into the brush, far off in the distance with the Olangi clan as they try to draw off the remaining aircraft.

You take off with a sense of urgency, knowing there isn't much time until the next aircraft hits.

Norm may have succeeded in drawing most of them off with his friends, but there's no way they'd all fall for it.

You faintly hear what sounds like Ka'ani shouting a warning, and as you turn to see what's happening - you notice a second aircraft is now vulnerable, hanging on by a mere thread as flames kick up in the side.

Another hit from a fellow arrow, and it sends it straight down like the other.

The crowd is much too large, with scientists and drivers all scattered around and the untrained hurrying to seek shelter.

Max is upon them, and he seems to stumble as he drops a whole bag of things.

Right when that larger piece of rubble happens to be coming straight for him.
