"No, I need to be over here." Trudy points to a more southern spot on the map. "I'll drop you off by the mining sector, but then I've gotta get the prisoners out."
Jake leans over the table as he rubs his fingers against the bridge of his nose, sighing.
No matter what he tries to plan, there's always a flaw.
"Okay.. so.. I'll have my Ikran over there, then.
I can make a get away easy after setting off the explosives."
"And what about the others who will be with you, Jake?" Norm interferes.
"Sanchez is working directly under you. We can get them in with Bert driving, but Bert's gotta follow Trudy wherever she goes."
"And my priority is getting the captives out." She reminds.
"We'll load up the trucks, then." He settles on. "They have plenty. Steal a couple and get our defenses the hell out."
Things were... uncomfortably tight not having the omatikaya's help in this.
They wouldn't budge unless they saw the bulldozers destroying the trees first hand; but you wouldn't risk letting that happen just for backup you could likely manage without.
Hopefully.
"Okay." Jake breaks the uncomfortable silence after having a moment to think.
"Trudy, you help me and Bert unload the troops by the military sector - it's closest to the mining building.
I'll head down, then you and Bert free the captives over here —" He drags his finger across the paper, and moves a few pens meant to be stand ins. "— in the main building. Bert, I need you in your Avatar for all of this.
Max, you'll have to help Bert and Trudy. They'll need those jail cells opened, I know you can do it."
"I won't let you down."
"Norm, you'll go with her." Gesturing to you, of course. "Help her get anyone they haven't grabbed from the labs yet, I'll send a few of my squad to help."
"I still worry that we may be stretched too thinly." You voice. "Even after Norm and I grab them — how do we meet Trudy and Bert on time?
We're running on a twenty-minute limit here. Get in, get out, and lose them on the way, right?"
Roles and plans had changed so much in the past twenty-four hours of planning, it was starting to become too drawn out to fully remember all of it.
"You won't be stretched for long." Grace's voice rings through the building as she walks in, and for a sudden surprise —- it's N'deh who walks behind her, welcomed by the humans as he takes in the scenery around him.
Grace calls to him as he seems to slow down a bit, which does explain why she decided to be in her avatar for the day before taking off —- and they share a small side hug before he comes to the table.
"Hey." Jake greets awful casually, before you hit him with your elbow and remind him of the hand gesture.
He shoots you a small look before going back to it, waving outward toward N'deh as he greets the others.
"Oei ngati kameie."
"What brings you here?" You ask first.
"I've come to help." He informs. "Grace has told me you need all the Na'vi you can gather."
"Which isn't much." You warn him. "The Omatikaya won't help, they do not want to get involved."
"My friends and I will." He bows once more, and as he waves the others come in rather timely.
Warriors of his own clan, many of them grouped together.
At least the building is large enough to hold all these bodies.
If not, at least the tents and hammocks outside would do.
