“These are the victims.” ipinakita nito ang mga litratong ipinakita niya sa akin kahapon.
“Why is my mother involve with these? Why is she lying on that damn experimental bed?” nanghihinang saad ko at wala sa sariling nakatingin sa mga ibinagay niyang litrato.
He went silent in a minute and silently observing me with those serious purple eyed stare. “Your mother. Subject 122, luckily survived in an unsubjectable experiment.”
Kumuyom ang mga kamao ko. “Who are those evil creature behind these fucking shits.”
Galit.
“Don't ask your mother. You might awaken her misery.” napapikit ako at kinontrol ang sarili.
“What are these cursed experiments? Why are they doing these for?”
“It's a secret organization, it's been years since this secret organization started. It was hidden. Those officials or leaders who's behind this are good at hiding, hindi sila basta-basta, matatalino at magagaling sila.”
Lumapit siya sa kaniyang computer. “The secret organization's experiment involves the manipulation of human cognition and behavior using advanced technology. They have developed a covert operation centered around mind control, aiming to harness the power of controlling individuals' thoughts and actions for their own nefarious purposes.”
“You see, those victims in that pictures.” itinuro niya ang mga litratong ibinagay niyang nakapatong lamang sa lamesa. I look back to it.
“I assume this is a code.” mahinang saad ko.
“You're right. That's a code. 11:22 code could be a high-profile heist.”
And mind telling me again, why do i agree on joining him to solve this unsolved mysteries? I am not an FBI, like what i have said. He should ask help them with this. Mas magagaling at mas marurunong pa sila kaysa sa akin.
“Why don't you just tell this to FBI? or to the CICC? Why do you prefer my help? I'm nothing than those authorities.”
He stopped. “No. They hold this case for years already, i don't think they can't solve this without the help of an impostor.”
Nakuha kong agad ang ipinapahiwatig niya, so there's an impostor huh. This is way too risky and dangerous, but a big question is in my mind. My mother is a past subject of this anonymous group. Why the hell mother agree with that? Napaangat ang tingin ko noong may maisip. Does my mother had that code too? And what the hell that code means? I'm confuse, i don't know what to think. Naghalo-halo ang katanungan sa isip ko.
“To prove you right, see yourself if your mother has a tattoo of 11:22 on her neck or any parts of her body,” that was i'm thinking of. Wala naman akong napapansin sa kaniya.
“And what is the connection of these with the mayor and vice mayor?”
He stopped typing on his computer and turn his back to see me. “They're the next subject target,”
