Kyra pulled out of the side hug and Kiara came and told us to go out as our parents had called us. We went out to and sat in front of our parents who were having a serious look on the face. Kyra's father said,"Well, we did think about it and umm we have decided not to allow you to stay in different homes." Kyra whined and said in a hurry, "Come on papa, you can't do this to us. We told you we would get married if you allow us to stay together for some months. " Everyone bursted out laughing and I said, "Idiot, he said they won't allow us to stay in different house. That means we can stay together here." I joined everyone in their laugh, while Kyra was being a sulky as everyone was making fun of her.
My mom and Kyra's mom asked me when was I going to move in with Kyra to which I said that I would move in sometime during the week. I had noticed Abhi being quiet while sitting next to Kyra. I went near them and asked him what was wrong. He said, "Nothing much. As much as I am happy for you both, I'm going to miss you brother. Especially irritating you." At the same time Kiara came and said the same thing to Kyra. I looked at Kyra with a questioning gaze to which she removed a pair of keys and showed it to them. "We are literally living so close to each other. I can literally see our house's terraces from here. Just inform me or Aayu when you are crashing here."
I mouthed her a thank you while smiling at her. Everyone were talking while Kyra was cleaning up the dinning table. I looked at my mom who went to the kitchen to get some water and indulging into a conversation with Kyra.

I was cleaning the dining table when I noticed Aayu's mom entering th kitchen. She wanted to have some water which I have her. I saw some uneasiness or a worried look on her face so I asked," Aunty, is something bothering you? Are you not okay with us moving in? You can share with me if something is bothering you. You seem a little uneasy." She softly smiled at me and said, "I would like to share it with you. Would you like to have tea with me tomorrow? How about you come over at 4 to my house?" "Sure, I will be there and here's a hug as I think you need one!" , I said and hugged her and went to wind up the remaining stuff.
It was pretty late when everyone left the house and I was left alone in this huge apartment. I changed into my comfortable clothes and sat on my bed with a canned coffee and laptop, while getting some work done. Suddenly, my phoned buzzed a few times, so I checked who was texting me. It was none other than Aayushman. A smile unknowingly creeped onto mmy face.
Aayu: Hey! What are you doing?
Me: Well, I'm just getting some work done. What about you?

Me: Well, you could say that. I was going to text you anyways, can I get a half-day tomorrow? For two reasons: I have to meet your mother tomorrow for tea, and being very blunt and honest with you, I need time for myself to digest everything that is happening. I'm getting the work done which I had planned for tomorrow afternoon right now, so there wont be a backlog. Please can I take a half-day?🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
