Lanzhan got out of bed, carefully so he didn't spill his coffee. "I'm uh, I'm gonna go. I think I'm gonna go outside."
Weiying frowned as he brought his coffee mug to his mouth. "Are you okay?"
Lanzhan pulled a change of clothes out of his suitcase. "Yep. Everything is great. I'm just gonna...get dressed and take a walk." He looked out the window. "Beautiful day."
"You hate the cold."
"It's good for the lungs."
Weiying frowned. "At least eat a cinnamon roll. For Granny."
Lanzhan stretched across the room and snagged a roll off the plate. He tipped it in his direction before he ducked out the door. Weiying watched after him, still frowning. What the hell had gotten into him?
"Okay, you just...just have to focus, Lanzhan. This is a business deal. This is just a business deal. Everything's going to be just fine."
Lanzhan's drinking coffee through his head.
Weiying. Sleeping beside him. Soft, warm Weiying who smelled like cherry blossoms. He'd woken up with his thigh on his junk, and it had done very, very funny things to him. And now he couldn't stop thinking about the kiss they'd shared, and the fact that their wedding had been moved to just over a month away.

"Wow, the place looks great, Huaisung." Weiying casts another look around at the shiny new equipment and freshly-painted walls. "How did you guys afford all of this?"
Huaisung shrugged with a smile. "A combination of the federal government and the school system. We, uh, started offering martial arts classes and an after-school club, so the city sponsored us."
"That's so awesome. I'm happy for you guys." Weiying ran his hand along the handle of a treadmill. "This place has come so far."
Huaisung smiled proudly. "It's definitely not a run-down boxing studio anymore, huh?"
Jiang Cheng looped his arm around Huaisung's shoulders and pressed a kiss to his temple. "And this is just the beginning. One day you'll own a whole chain of Huaisung gyms."
"For the last time, it's Impure Realm Fitness ." he shrugged off his arm as he rolled his eyes.
"Whatever." Jiang Cheng looked at Lanzhan with a grin. He threw some fake punches at him. "Wanna spar before we take you two back to the docks?"
Lanzhan held his hands up. "I don't know about all that, man."
"Come on! What, are you scared?" Jiang Cheng grinned fiercely as he lunged at Lanzhan again, which he dodged. "Just one match, dude."
Weiying rolled his eyes as he let out a dramatic sigh. "Seriously? Is this because Lanzhan completely demolished you at the pool the other night?"
"Whaaaat? Fuck no." It was Jiang Cheng's turn to roll his eyes. Then he looked back at Lanzhan. "Weiying mentioned you like martial arts. I like martial arts-"
"You like watching your Mate participate in martial arts," Huaisung corrected with a snort.
Jiang Cheng glared at him for a moment before he turned to Lanzhan again with a friendly smirk. "What do you say?"
"For real?" Weiying planted his hands on his hips. "When will this...this pissing contest end?"
"Once your fiancé spars with me."
Weiying raised his eyebrows at Lanzhan, who just shrugged. He let out a sigh before he crossed his arms over his chest with a shake of his head.
"Alpha," he scoffed.
