Silence

He whispers in my ear, causing my breath to hitch

How could he say that?

That son of a bitch.

With a grin,  he wraps his arms around me tight

I couldn't get him to let go

No matter how hard I fight

He wouldn't take my answer as a no

So he enjoyed every part of me

From head to toe

If only I had told someone sooner

If only I had known

But this was all just a game?

Isn't that so?

This was okay..

Because that's what he told me

I stared into his eyes

I could tell he was hungry

For me, my body

I begged him to let go of me

I needed help, I needed somebody

I begged him to let me be

But he hated it when I screamed

He'd grab onto me

Silence was the key

Silence

...

And after all these years, I opened up to the world.

Silence was broken.

And now I'm finally free.
