Saliyah sat in the back of her science class doing absolutely nothing, she wasn't doing her work or listening to what her teacher was saying, she kept having flashbacks of what happened last month, every since that happened Saliyah wasn't the same at all, she barely got any sleep, she barely talk to Jordan and she started slacking in school turning in incomplete work or just not doing it at all, Saliyah was falling apart and she felt like there was nothing she could do about it
"Saliyah...Saliyah.... SALIYAH" her teacher called out snapping Saliyah out of her trance, she looked up at her teacher with a confused expression and she tilted her head to the side waiting for a response "Can you please pay attention because I'm not repeating myself so listen" her teacher Mr. Green, Saliyah gave him a small nod in return as he began to continue his lesson

Saliyah walked home by herself not wanting to deal with Jordan and her friends
"Yooo" someone called out trying to get her attention but Saliyah couldn't hear due to her AirPods being him her ear nor was she paying attention "Rell leave that girl alone" one of the dude's friends told him but it was too late he was already walking up to her
"Cuse me" he said tapping her, Saliyah looked up at him turning her music down "... yes?" She responded tilting her head to the side confused on why he was bothering her "Lemme ask you sum" he said to her "... You just fid but continue" she said nonchalantly "No need to get a attitude jit but who better Youngboy or Rob Wave?" He asked her
"... In my opinion, it's Rob Wave" Saliyah thought before speaking making him nob and hold his hand out to dap her and she did before walking away

"Liyah baby I need some money" Amber said walking her daughter up from her sleep "Liyah baby where's your money?" She asked her daughter "What money?" Saliyah asked "The money that you make from doing nails... come on baby mommy just needs a Lil bit" she tried to persuade her child "... Saliyah looked up at her mom now fully awake bitting back tears "I AM YOUR MOTHER AND YOU LIVE IN MY HOUSE" Amber angrily yelled at her daughter "I'm not lying!" Saliyah raised her voice a bit as she got up
"WHO YOU GETTING LOUD WITH SALIYAH... HUH?" Amber yelled getting in Saliyah's face, Saliyah began to get upset but she knew there was nothing she could do because she was her mother "...Can you please get outta my face?" she politely asked her mom "Give me the damn money Saliyah" she stressed as she began to throw everything around searching for Saliyah's stash
Saliyah watched her mom mess up her room "Saliyah where's the money?" Amber cried out to her daughter "Come on baby please I'm sorry just give me the money" she pleaded as she hugged her daughter "I'm telling you I don't have it" Saliyah lied to her mom as tears silently rolled down her face
"You know what Saliyah I get so sick of yo ungrateful ass, get the hell up outta my house and don't come back!" She angrily screamed at Saliyah "... Where imma go Amber?" She asked looking at her mom in disbelief "... riddle me that Amber where the hell am I supposed to go ion have nobody else for real" she angrily retorted as she tilted her head to the side waiting for an answer
Amber chuckled lowly to herself "I don't know where you finna go but I do know it's not here... SO GET THE HELL OUTTA MY HOUSE!" Amber raised her voice as she walked out of Saliyah's room
Saliyah began to pack some of her clothes and she made sure to take the shoe box with all her money in it and she put it in her bookbag, Saliyah grabbed her phone, AirPods, and her charger putting them in her jacket pocket
As Saliyah walked out of the house she pulled out her phone and called Jordan "Saliyah it's 2 in the morning what could you possibly be calling about?" Jordan asked with an attitude "... sorry for waking you up but... can I... can I come to stay over at your house for a while?" Saliyah asked hesitantly not knowing if she wanted to ask her "Yea... you and your mom got into it again?" Jordan questioned "Yea ion really wanna talk about it" Saliyah answered "OK when you get here the door going to be unlocked" she told her and Saliyah hummed in response before hanging up
