A deafblind baby witch was abandoned in a forest. She was quiet at first but screamed when she got hungry. She became quiet when she sensed something. She could sense magic, and she sensed a small bird, full of magic. The bird took her in its clutches and carried her to an island, despite being much smaller than her. After the bird put her down, it transformed into a woman. Morgan Le Fay adopted the little girl and raised her on Avalon as her own daughter. Few people knew that Morgan was still alive, though she was trapped alone on Avalon, and elsewhere was forced to take her bird form. Nobody could find Avalon without her permission.
