Chapter 10: Allies

Cloves POV
It's the first day of training. Brutus and enobaria told us to make allies and to not show that we're dating too much until it is confirmed that it could benefit us...this will be a long day. "Come on babe we're gonna be late!" Cato says holding the elevator door for me and i rush in "thanks" I say panting "no problem" he says and holds up my chin to kiss me and we separate and hen the doors from the first floor open and we gasp. We weren't expecting them and we almost got caught and I already saw the blonde girl eyeing Cato and the boy eyeing me and I roll my eyes..and practically run out of the elevator with Cato when it gets to the training floor

We separate and start showing our skills. The boy from 1 keeps looking at me and comes up to me "so..I guess we're allies right your from district 2" "yep and we are allies" we train together for some time when I catch a glimpse of Cato and he's staring at me

In about 20 minutes he comes over to me and marvel "Clover- I-I mean clove. This is glimmer" he says rolling his eyes and I can tell he does not like her "hey. This is marvel, Cato marvel-marvel Cato marvel is our ally from one, marvel this is my district partner"

We get ourself acquainted and I see glimmer getting real up and close to Cato and marvel is doing it to me too. "You know what? We should do partnered trading. Glimmer and marvel you'll be together and Cato will be with me for now" I say pulling him from them "what you'd get tired of your new boyfriend over there" he say while slicing the head of a dummy "oh really how bout you and glitter whatever her name is y'all seem to getting really close" I say with a smirk before throwing a knife to a dummy in the head. But we both start cracking up because we know they don't really like us it's probably just for the cameras but me and Cato will always put each other first.

Well at least today we made some allies.
