Chapter 18: Consequence

After I read the comment, I got a conclusion...

As if...

I already knew...

That this was going to happen...

I felt like my stomach was churning, and everything was going darker and darker.

I passed out....

After I woke up, I wished that everything was a dream.

But I guess reality is harsher than you think...

The hate comments grew more, and I shouldn't be scared.

Why? It's because this was my punishment.

I can't just turn a blind eye over the incident, thinking there won't be any consequences.

" I should just sleep this out... " I said to myself.

After thinking for a bit, I decided to sleep.

~The next day~

A day has passed, and I haven't even gotten a single sleep.

I was awake the whole night.

After my alarm clock, rang. I stood up and prepared to go to school.

But it seems even school is not a safe place.

I was hearing murmurs everywhere, even when the lecture was going on. Murmurs about the incident still lingers and can be heard by everyone.

After the classes was over, I passed over a classroom that still has students. And they were talking about me.

" Isn't it satisfying? Seeing that garbage finally learning her lesson. "

" You're absolutely right! "

" She was always bragging about being in a photoshoot this or that... It annoyed me so much. "

" What a bitch. "

" I can totally see it. "

After hearing what they were talking about, I ran.

I want to go home...

I ran and ran...

Until I bumped into someone...

" Ouch! That hurts! Don't you have any eyes?! " I looked towards the person I bumped with.

And it seems there's three people.

And I can recognize one from the three...

" Yes? " He asked.

Huh? It seems I have blurted his name out on an accident.

" Uhm... It's nothing... " I told him, and I then stand up and apologized. " I'm really sorry... But I'm going now... "

I ran away from him, and rushed towards my home.
