"The one I said was an ass and you said he liked me" April said
"Oohhh." Rory smiled, realizing where this was going "yes, I remember"
"He asked me out" April told her
"Ooohhh" Rory teased "did you say yes?" She asked and April nodded "ok...when?"
"When what?" April asked
"When are you going out?"
"Tomorrow night" April told her
"Ok... where are you going?"
"Dinner and a movie"
"That's a perfect first date"
"But, why am I so nervous?"
"Because you like him" Rory chuckled "hey what are you gonna tell Luke?"
"That I'm going to a friend's house to study" April admitted "there's no way he'd be chill about me going on a date"
Em started crying "sorry" Rory said, standing up "we'll continue this later?" She offered and April nodded
They went out into the living room to see Luke and Logan sitting on the couch and Lorelai holding Elle, and walking around.
"Hey, wheres will?" Rory asked
"You got here at 9:30pm. He's asleep" Luke said
"Right" Rory said
"Ace, please sit down" Logan said standing up, talking Em from her
"He's so protective" Lorelai teased
"Mom..."
"Well he is" Lorelai said , defensively
"She's still healing" Logan pointed out
"Fair enough" Lorelai said
"Logan can you get the bottles from the diaper bag?" Rory asked when Elle started to fuss
"Yeah, here" he gave Em to Rory and went to get the bottles
"Aren't you breastfeeding?" Lorelai asked
"I was, but believe it or not, it's not so simple when there are 2 of them" Rory explained
"Here, Ace" Logan handed Rory a bottle for Em and went to take Elle from Lorelai so he could feed her
"Nope" Lorelai said "I'll do it"
"Ok...here" Logan gave Lorelai a bottle
"Btw my mom wants to have dinner with us tomorrow night" Lorelai told them, earning a groan from Luke
April shot Rory a look
"Maybe we should do just us?" Rory suggested, winking at April "give Luke and April a break"
"Yes, please" Luke said
"What about Logan and the babies?" lorelai asked "my parents are gonna want to see them"
"I'll come. And we can bring the babies" Logan said
"Ok...I'll tell my mother it'll just be me and you guys" Lorelai said and went upstairs to call Emily

"Good morning" Logan said walking into the kitchen, holding Em, the next morning
"Morning" Lorelai said, handing him a cup of coffee "where's Rory?"
"Changing Elle" Logan said taking a sip of his coffee
