Thanksgiving

November 25th 2009- 35 weeks

"Relax, Ace" Logan rubbed Rory's back

"Why aren't they out yet?" Rory groaned, as she and Logan stood outside the terminal waiting for lorelai, Will, Luke and April

"Baggage claim takes time" he said "don't worry they'll be out any minute" he assured her

"What if something happened?"

"Rory!" April called out from across the airport

"Hi, guys!" Rory said.

Rory and Logan greeted everyone and loaded all the bags into both of their cars. Rory drove with April and Lorelai and Logan took Luke and Will.

"So you guys are really ready, huh?" Lorelai asked, noticing that Rory had car seats in her car

"Yup" Rory smiled

"Did you guys put car seats in both of your cars?" April asked

"We did" Rory told them

"How do you feel?" Lorelai asked

"Huge" Rory chuckled

"Please" lorelai rolled her eyes "you're having twins and you can barely tell that you're pregnant. When I was pregnant with you doorways had to be widened" Lorelai joked earning chuckles from both Rory and April "besides you know that's not what I meant"

"Well, sleeping sucks" Rory exhaled "my back hurts a little. My ribs hurt a lot"

"Your ribs?" April asked

"Babies tend to kick your ribs toward the end of pregnancy" Lorelai explained "Will kicked my ribs so hard I thought they were broken" Lorelai chuckled "so when do grumpus and picklebus get here?"

"Grandma and Grandpa are getting in later this evening" Rory laughed

"They joining us for Willy wonka night?" Lorelai asked

"I'm not sure" Rory said "I told them they were welcome though. Hey, is this Will's first wonka night?"

"Yeah" lorelai answered "I think it's Aprils too" she looked back at April

"It is. I'm so excited" April told them

"I actually think that you two are gonna be the only ones doing it properly" Rory said

"What does that mean?"Lorelai raised an eyebrow

"Well I can't eat all that candy without vomiting right now And Logan won't even drink coffee, because I can't even though I told him it was fine. I doubt grandma and grandpa will eat that stuff and you know Luke won't " Rory explained "are you planning on giving Will candy?"

"Luke and I agreed that he can have some but within reason" lorelai said

"Hi Grandma, hi Grandpa" Rory said, opening the door to let them in

"Hello Rory" Richard said

"Look at you!" Emily said "you look great"

"Thanks grandma" Rory said "is your hotel room nice?"

"Very nice" Richard said

"That's good. Everyone's in the living room" Rory said and led them to where everyone was sitting. Richard and Emily greeted everyone and sat down.

"Where's Logan?" Emily asked

"Being an overprotective husband" Lorelai teased

"What does that mean" Emily asked
