"I didn't give up, I'm just waiting for a good opportunity," explained Jimin.

"What kind of girl is she, what does her family do?" asked Jimin's father under his breath.

"She's a nurse at a hospital and is from a very average household. Her mother seems to own a convenience store, and her little brother is still in school."

"That's too normal..." Jimin's father was clearly unsatisfied.

Grandpa Park immediately interrupted, "Hey it's fine as long as our Jimin likes her, don't be so picky. Remember what I said, it's fine as long as she's a good kid, has a good personality, a kind heart, and is filial."

"She fits all of your standards, Grandpa."

"Okay, then good, continue courting her. Try to bring her to meet Grandpa soon."

"Yes, dear, I'm becoming impatient as well," Jimin's mother added.

"I'll do my best." Truth be told, Jimin wasn't confident.

He used to be, but when he found out that Lisa was already married to Jungkook, he felt quite a blow.

Plus, Lisa never even treated him like a friend. She had been very cold to him, making it impossible for him to approach her.

After Lisa and Chaeyoung ate, Chaeyoung asked if she wanted to go to the mall. When they walked into a brand-named watch store, Lisa had a coincidental encounter with Mrs. Jeon, who was there with a few middle-aged wealthy ladies.

"Hey, that seems to be Jungkook's mom," Chaeyoung quietly said as she pointed to a woman.

"Why don't we go somewhere else?" Chaeyoung proposed when she saw the change in Lisa's expression.

Lisa nodded. Truth be told, she was very upset when she saw Mrs. Jeon, because she really didn't like her.

Maybe it was because the conflict and hate between them were already so deep that it could not be easily alleviated.

Just as they were about to leave, Mrs. Jeon suddenly turned around and saw Lisa. She immediately walked over and stopped her. "Why are you running away from me? Are you scared of me? You're such an uneducated brat! I can't believe my own bad luck, running into you at a place like this."

"You're funny, sometimes I avoid someone not because I'm scared, but because I just don't like that person. For example, if I see a pile of shit on the street, would I step into it? Of course not; I'll dodge it, because it's too disgusting." Lisa smiled calmly.

"Are you calling me disgusting?" Mrs. Jeon raised her voice, and the wealthy ladies around her all came up to watch.

"Your words, not mine."

"Mrs. Jeon... who is this?" The other few wealthy ladies all walked up to them as they witnessed the drama.

They looked at Lisa like she was an animal in a zoo... this made her feel very uncomfortable.

"Just a filthy thing my son played with seven years ago..." Mrs. Jeon didn't leave Lisa with a shred of dignity.

Plus, she didn't even control her choice of words at a public space like this. Perhaps her hate for Lisa trumped everything else...

"Auntie, that's taking it too far." Chaeyoung helped out Lisa because she couldn't stand it anymore.

"Stop pretending to know me, I'm not your Auntie! Do I know you? Don't think that wearing brand-name bags and clothes makes you a socialite. Such blind imitation. You obviously don't look like you're from a wealthy family, so why try??That's what poor people do... you are all scheming things, each and every one of you, I hate people like you who pretend to be all pitiful to gain others' sympathy."
