The Rise and Fall of Nations

Like Death, they reign,

Lording over everything possible

Arranged marriages,

Events,

Holidays,

We are under a serfdom to them,

With no control but to work,

Under that Tyrannical Will they hold,

We seem helpless,

Idiotic,

Oblivious to what is around us,

Though, in a way they have liberated us,

Formed us,

Molded us,

Made us whole,

Gave us the ability to find a common interest,

To live,

Be free,

To look thta Deathly figure in the eye and go against it,

Die against their will,

As they kill us off, they look more foolish,

They lose more support,

Slowly, but surely,

Their day will come,

They will fall,

Be it us, or under another flag,

But, over time, our Deathly outlook will fall as they did,

For every great Empire becomes corrupt, and inefficient,

And that is the rise and fall of every Empire, no matter what.
