"faye, we need to treat his wounds." terra said with a bottle of some sort of cream in her hands.

faye nodded, moving out of the way. terra instantly began putting the cream around his wounds.

"that has to be the most reckless thing you have ever done." saul told the girls.

"i don't think that's very true." terra looked at the girls.

"weren't you here last year?" aisha asked.

"yeah. when bloom went crazy and let loose evil headmistress." musa slightly smiled.

"what do we do now?" bloom asked silva.

"take me to blackbridge." silva answered, making the girls look at him in confusion.

...

everyone piled into the car, this time silva was in the passenger seat and faye was sitting on bloom's lap. making the odd joke at how comfy bloom's lap was.

faye had her father back, and this time? she was not going to let anyone take her from him ever again. she would fight properly for him and not cry in sky's arms.

"right off the town square, my friend sebastian owns a store." silva said from the front of the car. "he helped us take down rosalind. he'll hide me."

"sebastian? oh my, god i finally get to meet him?" faye excitedly jumped, squashing bloom slightly.

"faye, you've met him before." silva shook his head with a laugh.

"yeah! when i was like three, i haven't seen him since." faye rolled her eyes, pouting slightly.

when they arrived at sebastian's store, only silva, faye and bloom went inside. when they saw him the man was in absolute shock, obviously knowing about the whole situation of silva getting arrested, he greeted faye and told her how big she had gotten pulling her into a hug. sebastian told them he'd just be a minute. so the two went to the back room, while bloom called sky, and sat on a two-person sofa, waiting for the man to come back.

they heard sebastian humming to himself and when his eyes met saul's and faye's, he leaned against the door frame for a moment.

silva put his hand up to the man, greeting him.

"i, uh... i was getting a killer airbnb rate in this place. so i'll expect some form of compensation. all right?" sebastian said, sitting on the sofa arm next to silva. "wine's good. whiskey's better. don't cheap out."

faye peeked her head past her father. "i definitely won't." sending him a cheeky wink.

silva looked at his daughter with a straight face.

"kidding." she muttered laying back on the sofa.

"and, uh, as for this whole hobo situation, right." sebastian moved his hand in the air across saul's face and handed him a shaver.

faye tried to hold in a laugh, because well it was true, her dad did look a bit homeless.

"it's from the nineties, but the blades are still good, so..." sebastian clapped his hands together. "just let me know how many bandages you need."

"thank you very much." silva let out a small laugh.

"any time."

bloom came into the back with a saddened look on her face. "sorry, saul. um..."

silva dropped his head slightly, with a nod. "sky will come round." he looked back up at bloom.

faye and her dad hadn't been able to properly catch up, meaning she hadn't told him she and sky stopped talking altogether, well until a few days ago.

faye rested her head on her dad's shoulder and he rubbed her back pulling her closer to him. "you stink." she grimaced.

silva let out a laugh. "no, i'm serious, you probably stank out mr harvey's car." faye tried to hide her smile, but silva nudged his daughter.

"when you were at the capitol, did you hear anything about dowling?" bloom asked. "i've been trying my best, but the solarian army, they're giving up." she continued walking towards the three on the sofa.

"i wish i knew where she went, bloom." silva stopped her panicking.

faye and bloom let out a shaky breath.

"but we're not gonna give up hope just yet. sebastian here has a knack of finding things."

sebastian hummed in agreement. "i'm, uh, like a terrier."

faye let out a giggle.

"but, like, you know, cooler." he added, looking at faye with a chuckle. "actually maybe a different dog. what dogs are cool?" he asked faye, making her laugh again.

faye just shrugged, so sebastian looked at bloom, who stuttered for a moment, not knowing what to say.

changing the subject bloom spoke. "so are we supposed to let it go?" she asked. "go back to school and act like things are normal?"

"you mean you? i'm not going back i'm not leaving my dad again." faye quickly spoke.

"faye, you're going." her father told her sternly. "and no. no, because everything's... it's not normal. you need to remember that, 'cause rosalind will try to wear you both down, and you will forget what normal used to be like." he told the girls. "meanwhile, it would appear that luna allowed rosalind access to the royal archives." he added looking at sebastian.

"shit." the man and faye muttered at the same time.

"what is it? what's in the royal archives?" bloom asked, stuttering slightly.

"ancient texts, powerful relics."

"basically all the good stuff." faye told bloom.

"mhm, mhm."

silva sighed. "yeah, she's planning something. something big."

bloom also let out a sigh. "this is all my fault." she whispered. "all of it." bloom exhaled a shaky breath. "dowling, you, everything that's happened at alfea... it's all... because i was selfish and i wanted answers."

sebastian rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. faye just looked down at her hands.

bloom sniffled. "i mean if i didn't let rosalind out-"

"somebody else would've. she couldn't stay down there forever." silva interrupted the girl.

faye nodded. "bloom, i understand why you did what you did, it wasn't selfish, you were curious. you had practically been thrown into alfea with no knowledge about absolutely anything of the place. i would've done the same thing." faye stood up, pulling bloom into a hug.

"but you're right about one thing, bloom. whatever she's up to, it started seventeen years ago." silva told her. "and it started with you."
