Isn't it crazy just how fast the night changes? Like it felt like just a few days back I was having this crazy nightmares of a boy and now the boy was right beside me. Maybe this is called destiny? And what i thought of as a nightmare lead me to my dream. Sometimes I wonder what if i have never met Haruto, would the nightmares still haunt me? But truly there is no particular answer to that question.

"Yujin! Hurry up, Haruto is waiting for you" Jihoon yelled as i immediately replied with a yes as i hurried to check myself for the last time. A pair of denim jeans with a black crop top and a cardigan over it. My hair was in a bun and a little makeup. Today was special, because it's our very first anniversary. I want this anniversary to go on for forever and one day we walk down the aisle and take our oaths for a happily ever after. I know we are still just some highschool couples who are destined to break-up but i want us to be an exception. I had the best time of my life in this year. We never really fought much. Just some childish argument over the last piece of chips and stuff. We know how to respect each other and give each other space when needed, from the very first, it's like there is a connection between us like connected by a red thread. The first time I saw him, i felt this deep feeling of familiarity, a comfort zone.

When I went down Haruto was waiting for me. He looked handsome as Ever. He even brought flower for me. I smiled at him as he took his step forward and handled me the flower while saying "Happy anniversary Yujin" "Happy anniversary Ruto"

We had our plans settled for today. We would go to the amusement park and spend our day there and enjoy every bit of it.

After reaching to our destination, we got our tickets and went inside. It was amazing. This was my first time in a amusement park and everything here is amusing me. "Bug will do a party in your mouth if you don't close it now" Haruto joked as i glared at him "okay okay sorry sorry" his facial expressions definately didn't match his words but i couldn't help but laugh.

"What do you wanna try first?" Haruto asked me, i looked around and decided on the tornado ride. I was scared at first but totally enjoyed it a lot. We went on a more rides together and to be honest it was one of the best experience of my life. It was getting late now.

"So to end the beautiful day, let's go to the Ferris wheel" i said to Haruto "definately" he was overjoyed with the suggestion. The Ferris wheel started to move slowly, i was getting emotional seeing the view, feeling the presence of the man beside me and pretty much all the things we went through together. "I love you Haruto" i said looking directly at him, he gave me his best smile as he cupped my cheek "I love you too Yujin" Just the moment filling our heart, just us, together looking into each other's eyes. Slowly we leaned towards each other and connect our lips together. This kiss carried our emotions, our love. Ruto, let's be like this forever

We let out a sigh of relief after catching the last bus. The bus was pretty much empty with just a few passengers. We sat at the back. "It was the best day of my life" Haruto suddenly said while intertwining his hand with mine. "Me too" we smiled at each other. "Wanna listen to some music?" Haruto suggested sharing his earphone with me, i nodded and took it.

The lyrics echoed through the earphone as i couldn't help but slowly fall asleep. I kept my head on Haruto's shoulder as he used his hand as a shield to protect me from falling straight on my face.

"Yujin, Yujin, wake up" i slowly open my eyes. "Our stop is here already" i hurried up hearing that.

We were walking down a silent street now. This silence was not any awkward silence but moreover a pleasant one. Our hands were intertwined making everything even more romantic. After walking through the silence finally i reached my home. "Thanks for today Ruto" he shook his hand "no thank you for coming into my life" i couldn't help but blush at his words. "It's pretty late, do you wanna sleepover??" I asked him "that won't be possible Yujin, my parents are waiting for me at home, you know how rare it is for them to be home" i nodded understanding him "yes i get it" Haruto took a step forward me, it looked like he had a lot to say but couldn't say. He handed me a box. "A small gift but don't open it now, open it tomorrow" "again gift? You are already the best gift of my life i don't need any" he hold my hand and handed it over "please accept this Yujin" i couldn't argue anymore so i accepted the gift. I promised to myself to surprise him with the best gift ever. "It's getting late now, bye bye Ruto" he stood still and then smiled then slowly pulled me closer to him as i hugged his tall figure. "I love you Park Yujin" "i love you too Watanabe Haruto" with that we shared a kiss, it was not like the one in the Ferris wheel, but this contained unspoken word. After pulling out "bye bye Yujin, take care, stay safe, Good night" Haruto said "yes sir, good night" i joked as he laughed. After entering home, I was too tired so i clashed into my bed.

The next day

I woke up a bit earlier today, well the gift is kinda responsible, i am dying to know what's in it. I opened the wrapper to be surprised to my core. There was a necklace, an expensive looking, breathtaking one.

Though i wanted to wear it but this was a way too expensive gift for me to accept. I kept it inside the box as i left for school.
