She has also fallen in love,
Knowing that it will never complete.
Neither defeat was hers,
Nor victory was hers.
Every day she loses,
Every day she wins.
Maybe this is what we call true love,
Or to be precise, true one-sided love.
She never had a want to be with you,
But don't know why, her love never gotten less for you.
She knows she won't end up with you,
But don't know why, she still loves you.
She can see you,
But you can't see her.
She is in relief that you can't see her,
She is in relief that you can't see the broken her.
Maybe this is what we call true love,
Or to be precise, true one-sided love.
You were one within a million,
She was within a million.
Your smile and happiness make her happy,
But she knows one day she will be broken seeing you happy.
She says she will be happy seeing you happy,
But she knows that she will be broken into many.
She knows she won't have a happy ending,
She knows you will be with someone else in the ending.
But don't know why she still loves you.
Maybe because she knows that she will be happy in the end with the memories of you.
Maybe this is what we call true love,
Or to be precise, true one-sided love.
