"Minho? Everything okay? Where's Sungie, he didn't react to any message.."
Yoohyeon furrowed her eyebrows when she suddenly got a video call from her son's mate at 9 in the morning.
But the orange-haired alpha only smiled softly.
"Is Siyeon there? It'd be cool to see her too."
Alone that was alarming, something was off when Minho asked for Siyeon.
"Uh, of course. Love, come here for a second! It's Minho!"
The face of his omega's mom appeared beside Yoohyeon's but before they could ask any more questions, the alpha turned the camera around.
And the two women were at loss of words at the sight they were greeted with.
Jisung was sitting in his hospital bed, leaned against a big pillow with his tiny daughter in his arms, bundled up in a pastel yellow blanket.
She had just gotten her breakfast and was actually awake right now so the two new parents decided that it'd be a good time to call Jisung's moms.
"Oh my gosh, Sungie…
..Our grandbaby is here?"
Yoohyeon had immediately started to cry at the sight of her lovely son with the little pup in his arms, overwhelmed by the rush of happiness overflowing every part of her body.
"Your granddaughter"
Minho corrected them as he turned the camera back around and sat down beside his boyfriend so all three of them were in the frame.
There was a shy smile on the little omega's face when he looked at his parents, seeing them cry with those big proud smiles on their faces made him feel things he had never felt before.
"We have a granddaughter, Si! You heard that? She's so cute, she looks so much like you, Sungie."
Hyori really did, not only did she inherit her papa's black hair and tiny fluffy ears and tail, she also got his big brown doe eyes and cute chubby cheeks.
But she got her daddy's pouty lips and face shape.
And maybe she'd get taller than her papa, she was a big baby for Jisung's body size.
"Hi little princess, we are your grandma and grandmom"
Siyeon waved softly with tears in her eyes when she noticed the tiny girl's eyes wandering around in curiosity.
She really looked so much like Jisung when he was born.
And she was so damn cute.
"What's your name, pretty sweetie?"
"Hyori. Lee Hyori."
"Lee?!"
"Hush, I decided that she'd get Minho's surname"
The little omega gave his mom a smile, he had already known his mom would rather have the baby get his surname but to Jisung it had already been decided the moment he knew he was pregnant.
Not even Minho had been allowed to say anything else.
"We'll pack our things and get the car ready so we'll be there in two hours. Is that alright? Or should we come visit tomorrow?"
"It's okay, I'll take another nap so I'll be awake when you come"
The little omega muttered softly but his gaze was already back on his tiny girl.
"Okay baby, rest well and take care of yourself and the tiny bundle of joy, okay? Mommy and mom are so proud of you, we love you. Bye bye, see you soon!"
And only Minho waved back since Jisung's hands were busy holding their pup.
"Are you ready for your first selfie, peanut? Because I think your uncles will be very excited to see your cute face"
The alpha cooed when his daughter instinctively grabbed onto her daddy's finger, wrapping her whole tiny hand around it.
Alone that was enough to make the new parents tear up again, everything about her was just so small and adorable.
"Say Kimchi, babies"
Minho smiled as he held his phone a bit above them, making sure all their faces were visible (especially Hyori's since this was about her) and internally cooing when Jisung rested his head on his mate's shoulder.
The photo was perfect, two parents with heart eyes and their little daughter staring at the camera with big puppy eyes and her tiny tongue sticking out cutely.
