Groom to be - "You left your job, why?"

Bride to be - "Covid crises, and my mother was unwell. I chose to stay at home to take care of her."

Groom to be - "That was unnecessary. Think practical, parents are usually unwell at this age, but that doesn't mean you should have left your job."

Bride to be - "Excuse me!?"

Groom to be - "Compatibility comes easy and smooth when two people are working as individuals, and earn something out of it. Income does not matter. That is my belief."

Bride to be - "What about shared values and like-mindedness?"

Groom to be - "Happens by default, if you are working."

Bride to be - "Any job?"

Groom to be - "Any job."

Bride to be - "Okay, my maid is uneducated but working, earns enough to make a living, and is still unmarried. Want me to talk to her about you?"

Compatibility secretly smiles while collecting her things.

Job is too popular to comment.
