How young is too young to be crowned a King?

On the altar, the new king of Nevergolden, TYBALT STAFFORD, is kneeling. He's a sixteen-year-old skinny teenager with brown hair. He still has a kid's voice. He's wearing a blue imperial robe. Standing before him is an elderly BISHOP (70), wearing a red cassock and holding a golden crown.
Behind them, the altar is gray, made of stone, and covered by a white tablecloth. Two white candles are placed on it.
Many subjects are standing behind the wooden church benches as they attend the ceremony, but we can only see a lot of indistinct silhouettes.
BISHOP (solemnly): As the sovereign of Nevergolden, do you solemnly swear to respect the church and its institutions, to punish offenses and iniquities, and to rule righteously and mercifully?
TYBALT(falsely): I do.
